Where do I start?
We chose Giulia because from the moment of our first teams call, her energy and genuine enthusiasm for her job was utterly infectious. We spoke to 7 photographers in total and Giulia was the only one who asked any questions about us, who we are and what we were looking for. Before we even hired her, she was offering tips and tricks which were invaluable to us and showed how proactive and "on it" she would be on the big day. We did our pre-wedding shoot and she was able to put us at ease immediately; we got some gorgeous photos out of the day which made us even more sure we had made the right decision.
On the wedding day, Giulia was almost like a 4th bridesmaid. She was everywhere, already thinking 5 steps ahead, and when the rain set in she had already thought of an alternative for every eventuality. I truly cannot recommend her enough as a person and as a photographer - she could charge 2x her rate and you'd still get more than your money's worth. Truly amazing in every way! -

Giulia is fantastic, her photos are amazing! I hate having my photo taken and she really helped to relax me. We had meetings with Giulia and practice photoshoot before the wedding. My family were so impressed by her. We couldn't have had a better photographer at our wedding! Thank you so much Giulia! You are fantastic!!! -

We are really happy we selected Giulia as our wedding photographer - she made us feel really supported and helped us greatly reduce any stress during the event. Communicating with her is so easy, she is warm, kind and friendly and responds right away. She understood perfectly what we wanted and gave us a lot of really good advice since she has a ton of experience with weddings. She is also a lovely and fun person to be around.
During the wedding, she arrived early to take photos of the venue setup, then captured the guests as they were arriving, and moments like preparation, anticipation and build-up, while being really supportive and making us feel at ease.
Giulia was great at organising essential shots, but also the rest of the time she was so stealthy that we didn't realise she was there until we saw the photos. I love how she captured the faces of our relatives who called us from abroad to congratulate us on WhatsApp. For us, the day was such a blur that we didn't even notice what the venue room looked like, but she documented everything really well and we're very grateful for that.
We worked with several photographers this summer around our wedding, but Giulia's photos feel the most authentic and full of emotion. I hope she will be available in 15 years when we renew our vows :)Hiro Arts Photography's reply:

Outstanding Wedding Photographer
We were so pleased with Giulia's outstanding service from start to finish. She was recommended to us by some friends and we have now done the same! Giulia helped us feel so relaxed during our engagement photoshoot, with her warmth, openness, patience and professionalism.
She was always prompt with responses via email and the pre-wedding meeting to discuss finer details and timings was really helpful.
To add to that, she was so helpful on the morning, going above and beyond to offer her extra help where needed. Our family and friends loved her! It was such a pleasure to have her be part of our wedding day.
The photos were of an excellent quality and delivered on time, in a format that was easy to view and access. Thank you Giulia for everything! -

Great experience with Giulia from start to finish. She is progressional, responsive, warm and personable. She created a plan with us before the day, complete with contingencies in case of rain, and put us at ease on our wedding day with her expertise and humour. The photos are beyond stunning—every single shot feels like a piece of art. So happy we booked Julia and her team for photography and videography for our wedding day last June. They were really friendly and professional throughout the whole process and very reassuring for me as a bride. Photography was something that was so important to me and I'm so pleased I came across Hiro Arts on Hitched! Our photos are more than we could have wished for and the edit is beautiful. From our very first intro call with Giulia, we knew she was going to be special. My wife and I found her so easy to talk to, and her passion for love and weddings shone through. Guilia is extremely personable, and her ability to connect with others makes her such a great photographer. You could see this in the photographs - perfectly capturing the emotions and those intimate moments throughout the day.
Giulia's art style is incredibly beautiful and perfectly suits so many of London's classic and timeless venues. If you're looking for that sophisticated and elegant 'Bridgerton-esque' style, Hiro Arts are a great choice!
My wife and I were so happy we chose Giulia. It was a pleasure to have her capture our wedding - she clicked with both of our families and was the perfect photographer for our intimate ceremony. Her professionalism and human touch was exactly what we were looking for.
