If you’re looking for timeless, documentary-style wedding photography then Anastasia is for you. We were set on natural photography inspired by 35mm film-style prints. It was important that our photos were an elevation of how our wedding day felt and looked, not over-edited and certainly not bright and over exposed. I specifically requested ‘a removal of yellow tones’ and a timeless quality that would never go out of style. Anastasia captured the warmth, joy and energy of our day with ease and carefully enough not to ever feel obtrusive or stressful. She worked with us for months before, collaborating on mood boards and ideas and listening carefully to every idea, available in-person and by message or voicenote. Anastasia never pressed her own ideas upon us or made us feel stressed. She was a dream to communicate with. On the day she was slick and professional and a hit with our guests, able to capture their every hug, laugh, dance move, not waiting for poses and instead seeking out natural moments. We feel emotional looking through the photography start to finish as it tells a story of our day in completion. She was present for the full day of our multi-venue 140 person wedding, from the hotel getting ready to the final song and didn’t seem to tire! Anastasia is a true talent and a total professional, who charges extremely reasonable rates for such a quality service with beautiful outcomes. We feel lucky to have caught her at this stage of her career, and to benefit from her wider, editorial experience to add a contemporary edge to our wedding photography.
