Real photographs, real emotions and real memories, all without the faff.
Choosing a photographer for your wedding is incredibly overwhelming with so many options out there. I struggled so much as we just wanted the reality of the day photographed and for the memorable moments to be captured. The Tansleys gave us exactly what we wanted. The photos are stunning, natural and going through them has allowed us to relive the day exactly as it happened.
Both Paul and Carol are incredibly knowledgeable and professional at providing great natural photographs that provide a full photo documentary of the day, all without the posing and faff so many photographers need to make their photos look good.
Before the day we had several calls where we were given invaluable advice, things we had never thought of were covered so that we were able to have the best photos taken on the day. Looking back at the photos we still smile knowing how we were lucky enough to get that particular photo, without the advice it wouldn't have happened.
There were no hidden costs and at a very competitive price especially with how long they were there and the time and effort it took to go through all of the photos before we received the album.
All in all I can not express how happy we are. Neither my husband or I enjoy having our photos taken but with the Tansleys help we love our wedding photos. We would 100% recommend them for your special day. -

Incredible photos
After doing lots of research we chose Paul Tansley for our intimate registry wedding in Winchester. We could not have had a better experience. We wanted natural, and candid photos that reflected the family feel of the event and he absolutely delivered. Paul is so warm and engaging and from the first meeting with him we knew we had made the right decision. He has such a great eye, really capturing the emotions of the day. The photos are beautiful and will be treasured for years to come. -

We are so grateful to have had Paul and Carol as our wedding photographers! From our very first interaction, it was clear that we were in excellent hands. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.
Paul and Carol both took the time to understand our vision for the day. They listened attentively to our ideas and made thoughtful suggestions that truly elevated our plan. The pre-wedding consultation was particularly helpful; Paul guided us through the timeline and helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera.
On the big day, they blended effortlessly into the background, capturing candid moments while also guiding us through posed shots. Their creative approach resulted in stunning photographs that perfectly encapsulate the joy and emotion of our celebration.
Many of our guests remarked on how friendly and unobtrusive they were, which added to the overall relaxed atmosphere.

We can't recommend Paul and Carol enough. From the moment we enquired to the final email with our wedding slideshow and photos the service is so personal and the work they produce is professional, the advice and guidance and support was incredible. What an amazing couple who ooze passion and are so friendly and accomodating. My husband did not want to invest in photographers when we started the wedding budget but I can wholeheartedly say he now agrees it was the 2nd best decision he made besides marrying me:-) -

Paul and Carol came very highly recommended - and from our very first meeting with them, we could see why. We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of their service from the very beginning - their advice was invaluable and their professionalism on the day was truly outstanding. The mark of truly good wedding photography is for the perfect pictures to be taken, without noticing that they’re being taken. This was certainly the case, as they captured so many wonderful moments without ever being remotely intrusive. To say that we were really pleased with everything is an understatement - family, friends and colleagues have all commented on how excellent the photos are - both the ones for the main album and all the additional ones. The highlights slideshow was also a lovely idea - the music chosen was so appropriate, as were the photos selected. It was really quite emotional watching it, which we repeatedly do. We can’t thank them enough for their outstanding work and will always be full of praise for them because, as far as we are concerned, they made the perfect photographic record of our perfect day. -

It can be daunting hiring people to help with your wedding but I'm sure it will relieve you to hear that this is the one. We hired Paul solo for our legal ceremony of us and 8 family. He guided us through what to expect and the day itself superbly. The photos have come through and they are stunning. We are incredibly happy with our choice and happily recommend Paul to anyone. Worth noting that the popularity means the photos can take a bit of time to come through but they're well worth the wait. He's so popular for a reason.
