We chatted over zoom first and immediatly myself and my partner felt we had a good connection and chemistry with Charlie. So friendly, approachable and good for comging up with ideas and listening to our requests to make our photos special.

I hate having my photo taken, as I always either have my eyes shut, or don't look relaxed. Charlie managed to put me at my ease but also distract me and get pictures of myself, partner and guests looking relaxed and natural, which was important to us, rather than just the traditional posed ones.

Charlie was constantly at work on the day and kept cheerfull despite the long time he was with us. Would recommend to anyone else.

From first contact, our experience with Charlie was wonderful. He communicated well, was very flexible and took the effort to meet us in person to get to know us and understand what we wanted. We opted for a pre-wedding photoshoot, ahead of which Charlie put in a lot of effort to find us the perfect setting. Similarly, ahead of the wedding he contacted the church and visited the venue to prepare. During the wedding itself, he was friendly and unobtrusive, guiding everyone subtly. We got on so well with Charlie that guests assumed he was one of our friends. Both sets of photos were absolutely stunning and arrived much quicker than we expected. I would happily recommend Charlie to anyone and could not have wished for a better wedding photographer!

Charlie stepped in for our wedding 27th of May this year after our initial photographer cancelled 24h before due to illness. Whilst our original photographer had a backup photographer available, we did not feel they were up to the same standard and decided to start searching for a last minute solution ourselves. We happened upon Charlie’s hitched profile and were immediately taken aback by his beautiful photographs. After reaching out and explaining our situation we felt certain Charlie was the right choice for us - from the very first contact to receiving our photos about a month later he was absolutely amazing.

He went out of his way to honour our original price offer given the situation, and even took the time to visit the venue the day before the wedding (same day as we booked him!) to make sure he was as prepared as he could be. At the wedding he blended in amongst our guests (and videographers) and helped make sure everything ran smoothly for my now husband and I. He captured all the moments we wanted him to, and then some (we received over 600 images!). We could not be any more grateful for having him there. We can truly vouch for Charlie being both an amazing photographer but also just a great guy. Thank you, Charlie!!

We have absolutely no regrets having Charlie as our photographer, we have so many amazing photos from our day and love reliving the day looking over them.
Charlie was a true professional and put us at ease from our first meeting. He slot in so easily to the day and with the guests and captured a range of shots of loving glances and bits of silliness as well as great natural shots of our guests.

Charlie was fantastic, you barely noticed him there and when he stopped to chat it was just like having another one of our friends there - a thoroughly top human being. It didn't feel forced or stuffy, we had a real laugh and got the most beautiful candid photos. He perfectly understood the feel that we were aiming for with our whole day and the photos are a real reflection of that!
We couldn't have asked for more from Charlie. Honestly, book him. You really won't regret it!
