Avoid Absolute Booth at all costs

*** Please don't give Absolute Booth or any other company Jason Grant Noblett is involved in any money***
We booked Absolute Booth after meeting them at a wedding fair back in Sept 2025. They had good reviews, so thought they would be perfect for our Wedding (Oct 2026) they had a good discount offer going from the fair, which we had to pay in full to get.
We tried to contact them 3 months before your day to check arrival times and select our backdrop. We received no response to emails and phone calls and when we checked their website it said deactivated.
The website then came back on line in Aug and we managed to get a email response after chasing, Jason responded to say he "wasn't allowed to trade for legal reasons he couldn't go into details of but expected it to resolved by end of Aug". Thou you could at this point you could put new inquires in to book them on their website !
This left the problem that there was still a slim possibility that he could still turn up.
This was the last we heard from him needless to say he didn't turn up.
Pleased avoid this company as he didn't even have the common decency to say he won't be there so we could safely book someone else.

Ghosted…..

DO NOT BOOK, they have ghosted us and we have lost our money, now left to find a new supplier very close to the wedding!

Avoid This Company

Avoid this company. They cancelled our photo booth booking on the day of our wedding a few hours before they were due to arrive and assured us that a full refund would be processed. A month later, we are still waiting for our money.

We have sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and left voicemails, but every attempt to contact them has been ignored. The complete lack of communication and failure to issue the promised refund is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with this company.

Best Booth out there

The guys were great! everyone had a wonderful time and really good to see how many people enjoyed the booth. Jason and Tom were filled with energy throughout and we saw how busy they were. Thanks guys for an amazing night you smashed it!

Very good team on the day, got loads of good pictures and all put into our guest book with messages from the guests which is really nice to look back on! Thank you so much

Very good value for money! The Photo Booth Itself was beautiful! The communication when booking and closer to the time of the wedding was also very good and the two attendees on the day were excellent with a good selection of props!!

Would not recommend!

Booked Absolute Booths for my wedding a few months ago, paid in full at the time of booking and received confirmation however on the day of my wedding they failed to turn up. When both my wedding venue and I tried contacting them but there was no response or explanation. Any calls or emails since have not been answered and I’ve never received a refund. Avoid at all costs!!

Brilliant experience, absolutely recommend.

Had them on our 2025 Christmas Party, brilliant service from both team members of an Absolute Booth. They were very friendly and welcoming. The quality of the pictures, the the speed of receiving hard copies was excellent. It was very pleasant having an Absolute Booth on a Christmas Party. Thank you.

Amazing photos & team!

The team were so friendly, and the photos look amazing! We went for the B&W Kardashian style and everyone loved them. We will most definitely be booking with them again for our next event.

We had originally booked a different photo booth vendor but they shut business, and gave us a refund during our planning period, and I'm so glad they did! It enabled us to book Absolute Booth- who were amazing. they really engaged our guests of all ages, provided some wonderful props, and were professional throughout! The range of backdrops were superb, and we found the perfect one to fit out theme. The printouts were so nice that we couldn't choose and end up customising one to fit out stationary design. we're so glad we had our plans change and found absolute booth! would 100% recommend.

Impressed from start to finish

We hired Absolute Booth for our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! It was easily some of the best money we spent on anything for our wedding. Everyone enjoyed it and they were all so complimentary - not only about the booth but also the staff who worked it. We have the bonus of the photos as memories.
Post wedding, there was an issue with the online gallery but this was rectified as soon as they were made aware. Just brilliant from start to finish. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
