Super service!
Super service from Absolute Booth! We hired them for our wedding and we were thrilled with the results. Jason and his team were so pleasant and friendly and we loved our beautiful set up for taking pics :) the props provided were hilarious and so many people commented on how great the photos were! We loved the fact our guests could take a photo away for themselves, and we got a copy to keep too. They also kindly provided us with a free photo book to place them in which is such a lovely keepsake. So many options to choose from and a fabulous team. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Absolute Booth for many wonderful memories :) -

We used Absolute Booth for our wedding photobooth. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed using the photobooth. The pictures were high quality and there were loads of fun props to use! It was a nice addition that a copy of each print was stuck in a book for people to write messages underneath and its a great keepsake for us. 10/10 service. Thanks so much -

Friendly and professional

We had absolute booth for our wedding 3 weeks ago and it was great! We had so many people tell us how much fun it was, the scrapbook is so great to look back on, and the staff were really friendly and helpful on the day, as well as the months before in booking and arranging. -

DO NOT USE! The worst customer service and disrespect I’ve witnessed in a service industry. I’m not one to leave reviews that often but if you want a stress free event find a different company.
They cancelled the day before my 40th Birthday and although suggesting other companies (which thankfully helped out last minute) I was told my refund would take 5 days. I feel if I ran a company I would’ve lined up a replacement company and paid them with the money I had been holding onto for months.
After waiting 5 days I needed the money refunded and after contacting them a couple of times and not hearing back I messaged again and finally got a vague response saying they would “check tomorrow” which they did not. Chased again - nothing. I think fairly I sent a more angry message asking for my money and that I would leave a bad review and spread the word about how bad the company is which resulted in an “F You’ response from Jason the owner - classy.
I can see they have some good reviews on here but also some similar ones to mine, speaks volumes in my opinion. If you want this aspect of your event be stress free find a different.
