• Do we always get Adam and Donna at our wedding?
• Almost always! Unlike large agencies that send out casual staff, we believe in a personal touch. When you book SnapThat Booths, you get us. We are the ones who handle your booking from day one and the ones who show up on the night to ensure everything is perfect. We always try to both attend every wedding, if we have multiple bookings on the same date, you will always get either Adam or Donna in attendance as well as one of our small team of sensational booth attendants, as we understand how important your wedding is to you as well as to us.
• How much space do your booths require?
• We want to ensure your venue stays looking elegant. For our Magic Mirror, we generally require a 2m x 2m area. For our 360 Videobooths, because we have one of the largest in the UK, we recommend a 3m x 3m space to allow for the arm rotation and guest safety. If you’re unsure, just let us know your venue name—we’ve likely worked there before! For our Enclosed Photobooth, we work best with a 2m x 2m space.
• Do you travel outside of Manchester?
• While we are based in Astley, we love a road trip! We regularly cover Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, and Yorkshire. We are happy to travel further afield across the UK for a small travel fee to cover our fuel—just ask us for a bespoke quote.
• How many people can fit in the booth at once?
• One of our biggest "hooks" is our capacity! Our XL 360 Photobooth is a showstopper, comfortably fitting 7 guests at once. It’s perfect for those big bridal party shots or whole-family videos that smaller booths simply can't handle. The Enclosed Photobooth can hold 6 people comfortably and our Magic Mirror has had 10 people in front of it on a photo - can you beat that?!
• How long does it take for guests to get their photos/videos?
• Instantly! Our Magic Mirror produces lab-quality prints in under 15 seconds. For the 360 videobooth, guests can scan a QR code and have their edited, slow-motion video on their phone before they even step off the platform.
• Are you insured?
• Yes, fully. We carry Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our equipment is PAT tested for electrical safety. We are happy to send these certificates directly to your venue coordinator to take that task off your "to-do" list.
• What is the booking process?
• We keep it simple and stress-free. Once we’ve confirmed your date is free, one call does it all. We then require a small deposit of £100 to secure the booking. The remaining balance isn't due until 30 days before the big day. We’ll have a consultation closer to the wedding to finalise your custom print designs and prop preferences. We are happy to answer any questions or queries that you may have.
