The communication from Tom has been really poor. He caused unnecessary stress the night before our wedding by trying to push a time on us of 8-11 that we had not agreed beforehand and would have run past the end of our wedding since it finished at 10:30. Then there was loads of stress caused the day after our wedding as we realised that he had spelt our last name wrong and provided a guestbook in a brown velvet when we had paid for a cream linen. There was literally no communication about this and he has tried to push the blame of the spelling on us when he was happy to receive the money we paid for the service by providing an invoice with the correct spelling of our name. That being said things happen and when we have tried to ask for these things to be rectified he has just ceased all contact with us and completely blanked us. To say we’re disappointed is an understatement. -

I tried to find something else to add on my wedding day and we got an idea to have a photo booth. Tom is really great on providing all details and everything is really easy, even for the last minute booking (at least last minute for me). The booking is really easy, he provides all details that we need and very flexible on customization. I have a wedding logo and he put it on the photo layout beautifully. Thanks a lot Tom! -

The best vendor and the best memories!!
I can’t recommend Tom’s photo booth enough! We hired the booth with the guestbook add on and it went down an absolute treat. All of the guests got stuck in and had the best time (even our over 80’s!). It gave a perfect, fun, evening entertainment option, which doubled up as extra wedding favours as everyone got a copy of their photo to take home, too. The staff were super and very accommodating throughout the night. The unique style of photo booth was great as it still gave everyone loads of room to move around and loads of big group shot opportunities! The guest book was an amazing add on! It was lovely having the photos next to the messages, it really brought the words to life! Great value for money, great communication in the lead up and great service overall!!! -

We booked a photobooth and audio guestbook from Tom for our wedding day. I want to start this review by saying that we were really happy with the equipment, both the photobooth and audio guestbook are of high quality and the results were brilliant. We got unlimited prints for the photobooth with digital and physical copies, which were a great souvenir for our guests to keep and remember the day by. We initially reached out to Tom on WhatsApp, received plenty of information on the services and managed to book with ease. However, since booking we felt the communication from Tom really went downhill. Tom had changed from a personal WhatsApp to a business one without telling us, meaning a couple of queries we had sent months before the event were never responded to. By chance, we noticed the number had changed on his website so closer to the event we sent a message to check in. We still had to pick our personalisation for the photo booth and this caused us a bit of stress closer to the event because Tom was not responding without us having to follow up. On the day, one of Tom’s assistants arrived and set up both the photobooth and guestbook. Although we’re happy with the output, we felt like his assistant could have been more helpful when guests asked questions on how the photobooth worked and also brought a bit more energy, as he was often found just sitting on his phone at the side. Overall I think the service itself was good, and we’re really happy with the output, but communication could be so much better. -

Amazing Photographer
From start to finish he has been amazing, very helpful. Very easy to book and guided us through everything and was only a message away if needed.
Day of the wedding can’t fault a thing helpful and professional.
For someone who really doesn’t like having photos taken he felt me feel at ease and not awkward all day.
Doing specific shots he was great had his list ready and go through them all in good timing so people weren’t just hanging around waiting for them for a long time some of the best organisation I have seen with a photographer.
My mum couldn’t stop raving about Tim and how he’s the most friendly, professional, helpful photographer she has come across at anyway wedding.
If our sneak peaks are anything to go by our final images are going to be amazing!
Would highly recommend to anyone who is getting married!
Ps we also had the Photo Booth and telephone from him again all this was set up and was perfect. -
