Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review as my memory booth was cancelled exactly 9 days before my wedding, leaving me feeling extremely flustered and rushing around to make alternative arrangements.
Giles was extremely responsive when we decided to book the memory booth and I had high hopes. He did email to tell me that the booth we had booked had been damaged therefore they could not send it out to us and followed this up with a full refund. However, it did make it stressful. I would recommend them having a back-up so this doesn’t happen again.
If anyone is getting married in Gloucestershire, I’d recommend booking Hotshots Entertainment as they saved the day and provided us with a Photo Booth last minute! -

The Memory Booth was a brilliant addition to our wedding day! When preparing for the day, communication with Giles was quick and friendly throughout the process, and it was very easy to arrange delivery and pick-up. Then at the event, it became a real talking point and the guests loved using it! We even used it at our welcome party the night before the wedding too, and it was great to help break the ice between guests that didn’t know each other before. The photo quality is excellent, the pictures were uploaded very quickly after my event and it's great now to have them because they are so different to the professional photos and we can see another side to what happened on the day! I would definitely recommend the Memory Booth as a great option for weddings or any other event. -

We booked the memory booth for our wedding and we are so happy we did. The communication before was brilliant, they even spoke with the venue and sorted out the delivery for us which for a stressed bride the week before the wedding was just amazing! When the memory booth arrived it was easy to put together, I set the groomsmen on setting it up for it. It was so easy to use throughout the day and we got some great shots of everyone. The next day it was super easy to pack away and send back. Honestly, I would recommend the memory booth to anyone. It is easy and so much fun! And we got the picture back within a week and easy links to share with guests! Thank you for making this experience so great! -

Well, what can I say! We could not have asked for a better photobooth!
It was such good value for money, easy to use and well.. perfect!
Giles was so responsive and made it so easy!
The set up was easy, and there was such clear instructions should we have needed assistance!
It arrived in plenty of time and collected in a very timely manner!
We also had the link for the images back very quickly!
Thank you Giles! We will defo be using again, next time we need a photobooth! -

We hired the memory booth for our wedding and would 100% recommend for any event. A very easy experience from start to finish. Giles is very responsive, delivery was quick and easy and the setting up was really straight forward. Ourselves and the guests absolutely loved the photobooth. The pictures were emailed very soon after the wedding and they are great. So pleased we went for it. A very good price for what you get compared to other Photo Booth. Thanks Giles! -

Would 100% recommend the Memory Booth for any events. We used them for our wedding, and our guests absolutely loved it. Giles was very responsive throughout organising the reserve date, and with delivery and collection. Set up and use were super simple - and within days of sending the booth back we’ve got a wonderful collection of moments from our wedding. Couldn’t be happier!! -

We thoroughly enjoyed using the memory booth at our wedding! It was easy to set up and the communication with the supplier was brilliant. The photos are very funny and great quality and we will enjoy looking back at them for all the years to come! ☺️
