  Best Decision 🤍

  Nanny Sue was a superstar on our wedding day, taking such good care of our daughter! Knowing our daughter had dedicated 1:1 care by Sue on the day made it much less stressful for us. It was 100% the best decision we made! Thank you so much Nanny Sue!

  Exceptional Childcare - highlight of the wedding

  When planning a wedding with an almost 2 year old and 4 year old, most of my mental energy went into thinking about what the day would look like for them. My husband and I wanted them to be a big part of our day, but in a way that was stressfree for them and us. We couldn't have imagined how easy it all was and how amazing the team from Safe and Sound Events were.
  Eleanor and Janice were allocated to our children, and they were the kindest, warmest and gentlest nannies. Finding ways to connect with our boys from the first opportunities, the boys instantly felt comfortable with them and were happy to be supported by them throughout the preparations and wedding day. One of the highlights when getting ready, was peeking out of the hair and make up room and seeing the two boys having a picnic with the nannies and some dinosaurs - I was able to relax!
  We also had other children at the wedding, therefore had 4 other nannies support us on the day. Parents, who initially were sceptical as to how it would work, have all commented on how successful and easy it was, how their children were happy and confident with the nannies, and how it was one of the best things they had experienced at a wedding.
  We really cannot praise Stephanie and her team enough. Without them, I cannot imagine our wedding day looking as it did. Our boys walked down the aisle in their suits, and were happy and calm throughout the day, being present during the important moments and having time to play and relax as well. Thank you!

  Incredibly professional event childcare!

  I was visiting the UK from Australia for a large 70th birthday party and I reached out to Safe & Sounds to see if they could help. Every interaction from my initial message, to phone calls, and the event day care was all incredibly professional, warm and reassuring. Stephanie was wonderful, and organised for Janice to look after my two young children. Janice was so kind and diligent and it felt like she truly cared about both my kids. I can’t recommend this service enough. It’s always hard finding childcare that you can trust but Stephanie, Janice and their team went above and beyond! Next time I come to the UK I’ll be booking them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for event childcare.

  Fantastic!

  We used Safe & Sound for our wedding last weekend to ensure our 10 week old had continuity of care and was kept to her loose schedule.
  Catherine arrived and instantly I felt at ease, she was so kind and soft, took instructions well and off she went with our baby. We had regular check ins as requested and our baby was happy, smiling and content every time we saw her. Please don’t think twice when considering a nanny at your wedding. It took a huge stress off us and everyone was able to enjoy our wedding to the full! The price was very reasonable too. Thank you Catherine, you made that happen. :)

  Exeecded our expectations!

  Our goal was to have a child friendly wedding, as we had almost 20 children (including our own) under 8 attending, alongside 50 adults. We were lucky with the weather so spent most of the day outdoors. Safe and sounds were a brilliant addition to our day. The attended for 6 hours, and that entire time I could not spot a single child bored or on thier phone. They managed to keep the children happy and playing for hours, despite having a language barrier. What is even more amazing was how seamlessly they managed to fit into the day. Children naturally moved between the thier parents and the childcare, nothing felt imposed or awkward. Parents who expected thier children not to use the service, found themselves enjoying a peaceful meal and able to finish their drink in a single sitting. Everyone had a wonderful time and several parents told this was the most children friendly wedding they attended. Honestly, I am so glad we hired Safe and Sound, it made our special day so much more enjoyable and peaceful for everyone. This is really an exceptional service and I cannot recommend them enough.

  A business built on years of love & care

  We hired Steph & her team for our Wedding day. I don’t think there are enough words to describe this truly remarkable service. Our daughter is 16 months old and she loved being with the Nanny, it was such a blessing to have Sue there with us and feel reassured that she was safe. Her presence was so warm and calm from the very beginning, the day can become so hectic so quickly but she was amazing support from start to finish. Our daughter quickly formed a bond with Sue and by lunchtime didn’t want to be with anyone else, it was clear almost immediately that she cared for Elodie as if she was her own relation. We are so thankful that Safe & sounds services were on offer, and we know many other couples would benefit from the relief that their little ones are well taken care of during their wedding. It is clear that this business is built purely on a foundation of love and care for the safety of children. They offer a range of care packages for children of couples & guests across multiple events and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you for everything🤍

  Just phenomenal!

  I'm not sure where to start with thanking Chloe! She was just amazing from start to finish! There is absolutely no way we would have had such a wonderful day without her invaluable help. She slotted into the day seamlessly. Everyone who saw her with G said how wonderful and natural she was with G. G has never been looked after by anyone outside the family, so this was a big step for us all, and it couldn't have been more successful. She intuitively knew what G needed and when, kept G entertained, knew when G needed a bit of 1:1 time with mummy and knew when G had burnt out and needed bed. Thank you from the bottom of both of our hearts - mine in particular!

  Absolutely amazing service!

  Safe and Sound, provided an amazing service from start to finish.
  In the lead up the commination was great, they wanted to know all the children's likes/dislikes, and i could tell they wanted to care for the children in the very best way possible. ( Which to know your children will be safe and well looked after is all you need when booking a service like this)
  This service was the best thing we ever did, we have a 1 year old and it was lovely for the stress and worry of knowing where he was all day to be taken care of by Safe and Sound. They were always on hand to bring him out as and when we needed him for photos, food or just wanted a cuddle!

  Fantastic Nanny

  Catherine was brilliant! Our son had a great day and Catherine stepped in at the perfect time to make sure we had our special moments but ensuring he was occupied and happy when needed. Her communication was also great which made us feel like we could properly relax throughout the day.

  One of the best decisions we made

  We were so happy we chose to work with Safe and Sound and in particular we were so lucky to have had Janice with us on our wedding day.
  From the moment Janice arrived, our 2 toddlers warmed to her straight away and wanted to go help her set up. Janice was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and we trusted her fully to look out for our children. We were unsure about booking childcare as we wanted to make sure our children could be part of the day but Janice was there to support that fully. She took care of them when they needed it and allowed them space to be involved as much as they wanted. Thank you Janice!
