Exceeded all expectations - best night of our lives!

Function republic exceeding all our expectations of a wedding band, they are absolutely incredible and we are so happy we found them! Our dance floor was full all night long, our guests have not stopped going on about the music and no one was ready to leave the dance floor we when it came to the last song! We added the wireless saxophone to play in-between the band sets and so glad we paid a bit extra for that package - it was a massive hit and we had so much fun! The vocals are also beautiful, our first dance song was sang by Claire and she nailed it - that memory will always be so special to us. Thank you so so much for best night of our lives!

  Could not recommend more

We got married at Rockbeare Manor on 13.08.26 and honestly could not recommend function republic more, they were incredible, everything we could’ve asked for and more. We asked them to do a well known song in acoustic for our first dance and blend it into the normal version to get the dancefloor going and they smashed it. The dancefloor was full the whole night. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much!!!

  Absolutely incredible!

When planning our wedding day, we wanted live music to be a key part throughout, and Function Republic were absolutely incredible.

They provided beautiful acoustic music throughout our meal, which livened up towards the end to get the party vibes started, and the band/DJ combination meant we never had an empty dancefloor. They also invited us up onto the stage as bride and groom, which was so much fun, and they made all our personal requests possible on the day.

Throughout the whole process they were easy to communicate with and extremely professional. I could not recommend them highly enough, and we feel so lucky they were part of our big day.

  Everyone on the dance floor

These guys will get everyone on the dance floor. Josh and the team were super easy to deal with right up to the wedding and were free to talk when needed.
At our wedding they were great, I think the band is one of the most important bits at a wedding and they smashed it!
Everyone was saying the next day how great the band were from vocals, sax, guitarist all of it was great.
They managed to get our very mixed age group wedding all of the dance floor!

Function Republic were absolutely incredible from start to finish! We have received so many compliments about the atmosphere the band created for the entire evening! We upgraded with the Ibiza DJ sax and I’m so glad we did as it kept everyone on the dance floor until the final song. Can’t recommend them enough, sensational!!

  Great wedding band!

Function Republic just played our wedding and were amazing! Josh was so easy to deal with and accommodated all of our music requests!
My friend sang our first dance song with them and I (the bride) even went up for a solo on the microphone and the band made it so easy! Chloe had an incredible voice and was so fun. Would highly recommend booking them!

WOW! Function republic and DJ Josh certainly know how to bring the partayyyy! Our guests were chanting DJ JOSH! Non stop as they did not want the epic tunes to end at our wedding. Josh, we cannot thank you enough for being a part of our special day - you were utterly awesome! Communication from start to finish was also brilliant! Would 100% recommend Function Republic to anyone wanting an epic wedding party!

  The perfect wedding band!

The band were amazing. The owners put us at ease straight away and we knew we were in safe hands in the run up to the wedding. It was easy to select the songs for the sets and Joshua was super helpful at editing the first dance song for us. Our guests loved the band and the sax got everyone partying. We had the best 4 hours and couldn’t have asked for a better band.

  Fantastic experience with these guys

Absolutely fantastic - great set, and a pleasure to work with as there were some tricky logistics on timing and setting up. Amazing energy and brought such a good vibe to the evening.
