Yes, travel costs vary depending on the distance and the route required for our vans to reach your venue. There is no charge for travel up to 100 miles
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

What is the length of time of the act?
We never work by the minute, we follow the flow and needs of your day.
Our bookings typically include a minimum of eight hours, ensuring full support throughout your celebration
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
It depends entirely on your requests, the logistics of the venue, and the number of technical professionals involved. We plan every detail to ensure everything is perfectly prepared

Brilliant Guest Management and a Fantastic Atmosphere
We first met them last year as guests at our friend Corinne’s wedding. She’s Italian like me, while her partner is from London.
What can we say… thank you twice over! We had such a wonderful time.
The guest management was impeccable, thanks to Carlotta’s constant presence, always kind, patient and incredibly helpful, even with countless last-minute changes.

Grateful We Found Elite Events for Our Big Day
Choosing the right partner for your wedding is never easy, especially when you’re celebrating far from home, as we did in beautiful Tuscany.
We were married on 11 July 2025, and choosing Elite Events was truly one of the best decisions we made.
We actually discovered them through their Italian website, as they weren’t on Hitched yet, and from the very beginning they proved to be incredibly professional, reliable, and completely up to the task.
Carlotta took care of the planning with flawless organisation, coordinating everything months in advance and supporting us throughout the entire reception with calm, grace, and precision.
The music and entertainment were exceptional. We chose a full-day format with a DJ, percussionist, singer, and saxophonist, and it created the most amazing atmosphere from start to finish.
We are deeply grateful to Elite Events for bringing our destination wedding to life in such an outstanding way, and for being such empathetic, sincere, and genuinely caring people throughout the entire journey.

Even more than a year later, the memory of our wedding is still incredibly vivid, especially the Ceremony, made even more meaningful thanks to the beautiful live performance by Jasmine and Enzo.

A Perfect Italian Wedding Planned by Elite Events
We discovered Elite Events through a dear Italian friend who lives in Bellagio and highly recommended them for our wedding in Italy, as they are very well known in the Lake Como area. From our very first contact with Angela, we immediately felt that everything would run smoothly. Later, we met Fabrizio and worked closely with him on every detail of the day.
In the end, all our guests had an amazing time and absolutely loved the music played by DJ Andrea. The saxophonist was fantastic as well!
