Three Hares is a pop-up bar for weddings and celebrations, founded by Charlotte Jackson and Leo Boys, partners in life as well as business. Combining beautifully balanced cocktails, carefully chosen wines and warm hospitality, they create a bar experience that feels personal to each couple, from the welcome drinks to the evening celebrations.

Experience

Charlotte brings a decade of experience producing large-scale events across festivals, fashion and music. Leo has worked internationally as a sustainable bar consultant since 2013, with projects across Asia, Europe and the Pacific, including Potato Head in Bali. Together, they pair expert drinks knowledge with an understanding of the planning and care that help a wedding day feel effortless.

Services Offered

Drinks are served from hand-built wooden bars, with menus shaped around each couple’s tastes, wedding menu and guests. Their wine specialist brings together interesting discoveries and familiar favourites, while Leo considers every detail of the cocktails, from flavour and balance to glassware and the finishing garnish. A favourite drink or a shared memory can provide the starting point for something personal to the couple. Non-alcoholic drinks receive just as much attention, giving every guest something delicious and thoughtfully made to enjoy. Bar setups can be personalised to complement the venue and wedding style, with optional floral details arranged through trusted florists. Sustainability is part of their approach, from using repurposed timber to build their bars to avoiding single-use plastic wherever possible.
