Hi, I’m Nicole, one half of the husband-and-wife team behind Halfway Horse Events.
Halfway Horse was actually born during my maternity leave, when I found myself thinking about what I really wanted from a business (and life!). After attending so many weddings ourselves, we kept noticing the same thing - not only were couples paying a lot for bar services, but their guests were often hit with expensive drinks too. It didn’t feel right for such a special day.
We knew there had to be a better way.
So we set out to create something that feels elevated, beautifully presented, and genuinely part of your wedding… without the over-the-top price tag. We pride ourselves on offering affordable luxury - a premium experience that still feels fair for both you and your guests.
I’m the one behind the styling, drinks ideas, and overall experience - from curating your menu to making sure every detail feels “you”. Whether it’s a relaxed prosecco welcome, a fun cocktail hour, or a full evening bar, I love helping couples bring their vision to life.
For me, it’s all about creating moments – and making sure everyone can enjoy them, drink in hand, without worrying about the cost.

While Nicole brings the creative vision, I make sure everything runs exactly as it should on the day. From setting up the horsebox bar to keeping service smooth and stress-free, I’m all about making sure you (and your guests) are looked after from start to finish.
Starting this business together was an easy decision for us. Like Nicole, I’d seen first-hand how expensive and impersonal some wedding bars can feel - and we knew we could offer something better. Great drinks, great service, and a setup that actually adds to the atmosphere of your day.
