Helen was genuinely lovely from start to finish. We inherited a meteorite glass brooch that we *somehow* wanted to turn into our wedding rings, and she made it happen beautifully. She worked with us to custom fit my ring to my engagement ring and to find the right style for a groom who works with his hands. Fanci also made parts of the brooch into pendants for the groom's sisters, which was a lovely sharing moment on the day.
Our rings feel so "us" and Helen made everything relaxed and special. Thank you so much! -

We met Helen at a wedding fair. Her enthusiasm for her work was obvious within the first sentence. She initially caught my (now) husband's attention as he didn't want a traditional ring and therefore was showing him the options. He went for a titanium ring with an oak band and a subtle engraving inside. Helen informed me they could take a wax figure of my own unusual engagement ring and make a wedding ring that would fit underneath, again matching my husband's with the subtle engraving.
My ring needed resizing and was often left with Helen and the team, during these periods I had 0 anxiety. She clearly loves her work and was very gentle taking my ring placing it in a box and then returning it always in a better condition. The whole team will go above and beyond for you. Helen matched if not exceeded my own excitement when picking up our rings.
I adore our wedding bands and everyone has commented on them.
As an NHS worker, I was also kindly gifted a silver plain band with my purchase so I could continue wearing something at work.
Thank you guys! (Now to convince Mr G for an eternity ring through you!) -

One of a kind engagement ring and excellent service
Couldn’t recommend Fanci highly enough, my fiancé designed the most beautiful engagement ring and the team were so knowledgable and helpful. It really felt like an individual experience tailored to us which made our engagement that bit more special. -

Incredible experience!
When I first heard about Fanci, and that they created bespoke jewellery I was drawn in but hesitant that it was going to cost an arm and a leg… how wrong was I! From start to finish, we had the best experience. We felt that we were listened too, our visions became reality and with every appointment, things just got better. We couldn’t speak any better of Fanci, Helen was incredible and looked after us so well. We absolutely love our rings, they are everything we wanted and more. Thank you to all of the team for being so fantastic! -
