Drawing from over three decades of rental industry experience, the team aims to provide post-wedding celebrations that go beyond the usual holiday experience. This historical honeymoon retreat caters to historians and antique collectors with original 18th and 19th-century furnishings reflecting the original owners' era.
Services Offered
Couples can stay in one of two historical luxury apartments: Duke of Wellington or Wellesley Retreat. These apartments, boasting three and one-bedroom configurations, they are adorned with exquisite furnishings, preserving the antique charm of yesteryears. Moreover, the properties feature an array of unique collectables for guests to admire and even purchase. East Sussex Escapes' primary goal is to provide every guest with a bespoke and luxurious experience befitting of any honeymoon abroad or at home.

Our wonderful seaside town boasts a vast range of festivals throughout the year, starting off with Mardi Gra pub events in Feb then onto our big MayDay Jack in the Green weekend with various events in between.
