What is included in the wedding package?
We offer a range of wedding packages to suit every style and budget, with the option of professional set-up or styling for couples who have sourced or created their own décor. Our pre-designed packages start from just £389, with carefully curated floral and décor styling to create a beautifully coordinated celebration from ceremony through to reception
How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend booking with us at least six months in advance to secure your wedding date and ensure the best availability, although we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries where possible
Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?
Yes
Can you travel?
Yes, we're proudly North West based, offering free delivery and set-up within approximately 15 miles of WN7 (Leigh), covering areas including Atherton, Tyldesley, Astley, Wigan, Bolton, Warrington, and parts of Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
We're happy to consider all enquiries, including weddings further afield. A mileage surcharge may apply, and for venues requiring a journey of over two hours each way, accommodation costs may also be required
Is there a charge for traveling?
Yes, free within 15 miles of WN7 (Leigh). Beyond this, travel is charged at 50p per mile, with accommodation costs considered for journeys over two hours each way
What is the charge for national mailing?
We offer UK-wide shipping on purchase orders, typically using Evri, although the courier may vary depending on availability and how quickly your order is needed. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of booking based on the size and weight of your order

Operating hours:
We don't have fixed operating hours, so you're welcome to message us anytime. If your enquiry is received during unsociable hours, we'll respond as soon as possible during normal daytime hours
What are the forms of payment?
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method. We can also consider cash or PayPal payments by arrangement

Absolutely incredible!
Where do I begin.. we could not recommend these amazing woman enough!
I'm so lucky to have found them when i did, especially as i was losing hope given the astronomical cost of some businesses out there. They truly brought the wedding venue to life and even thought of decorations in areas I hadn't thought of.
Truly incredible and we can't thank them enough for all the time and effort spent from day 1 up until the big day.

Exactly what we were hoping for there amazing
Walking into our venue for the first time took our breath away. Seeing everything come together after months of planning was such an emotional moment, and it was even more beautiful than we had imagined. After all of the DIY, Becky and Tracey pulled it all together to make it look stunning.
You understood exactly what we were hoping to create and somehow turned our ideas into something even better; even with a random missing candle! Come the next morning everything was neatly piled all for us to collect and the whole process was so seamless.
Thank you for pouring so much care and attention into making our wedding feel beautiful. It was everything we'd hoped for and more.

The most amazing setup!
These girls are truely amazing! We couldn't of asked for a better setup, they truely exceeded our expectations. And the florals are absolutely stunning and so beautifully priced. They made our day perfect from start to finish, and went above and beyond for us. The girls are so creative and lovely, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We wouldn't choose anybody else.

These Girls are Awesome!
Can’t recommend Rebekah and Tracey enough. They’re professional, creative and most of all friendly. I knew from when I met them they were going to be wonderful. We hired flowers and a flower arch from them but they also offer a DIY Bride set up where they organised all my crafty bits I’d made. They were wonderful. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic addition to our wedding day
We had our big day and was planning on doing it all ourselves! We reached out to Beckie who used all our own decorations and made our venue look absolutely beautiful! They set up in the morning and can back to take it all down and packed it away all ready for us to collect!

DIY Wedding Setup
We are absolutely over the moon with the setup of the venue by Rustic Wedding Blooms Hire & Co. The vision of the DIY setup was exceeded by Rustic Wedding Blooms Hire & Co, they went above and beyond in each and every detail making the venue look perfect. The top table spray provided by Rustic Wedding Blooms Hire & Co was beautiful matching our other flowers perfectly and it got lots of compliments. We would have used them for everything if DIY planning hadn't already commenced. Though the wedding was a DIY the girls made the day stress free and I would highly recommend!

Dream Venue Stylists
These girls were my saviours. I wanted to be a DIY bride and mid way through planning realised it would be too stressful on the day to decorate the whole venue myself and to get myself and the bridal party ready, after having bought everything! I contacted Becky & Tracey at Rustic Wedding Blooms Hire & Co. They very quickly reassured me, we're happy to decorate the venue with the decorations I'd bought and were excellent value for money for the stress they saved me! On the day the girls arrived on time and brought my vision to life perfectly! Thank you!

Thank you for bringing our vision to life so perfectly.
The most perfect day, decorated so beautifully. I didn’t make my final decision on the décor until just two weeks before the wedding, but the girls were absolutely fabulous and did an amazing job. Our venue looked absolutely beautiful – exactly how I had pictured it.
Even little ideas, like moving the registrar’s table to an offset position, meant we could get the perfect photo in front of the 8ft arch. The venue would normally have the table at the top of the altar, but by moving it to the side, we got the most beautiful photographs with the arch as the backdrop. Great idea, girls!
The extra bouquets and wrist corsages they created for me were top notch, and every detail was perfect. Thank you for everything; it truly was the best day of our lives.

Went above and beyond
They went above and beyond for our Wedding. We were wowed at the Church and wowed at Bashall Barn. The stylists went above and beyond. Incredibly professional, outstanding service and I cannot recommend them enough. We loved absolutely everything. We haven’t got the professional photos as of yet. But these are some of how amazing everything looked.

14.02.2026 - The Kay’s
The ladies were amazing in every way - I gave them a breakdown in a message and pictures of how I wanted the decoration of my venue. They followed it to a T and everything was executed perfectly, they sorted everything for my big day without me even knowing and one of my bridesmaids went to check it over. Parrs Bank Wedding 29.12.2025
Absolutely amazing ladies. Tracey and Becky did the venue dressing for my wedding on the 29th December at parrs bank in warrington and wow, they really did exceed all my expectations! The flowers were absolutely stunning, I had a mixture of flower balls and their extra large wreaths and it really did bring the room to life! And their arch, a real showstopper. I had all the extras, chair sashes, pew ends, table numbers and their welcome mirror, nothing was too much for these ladies each time I asked to add something on or whether something they didn't already do was a possibility, they did it and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. Also the value for money is amazing, the quality of their florals is amazing, after several quotes that were exceptionally high I thought I'm going to have to either do it all myself or not have what I wanted until I came across rustic wedding blooms hire and I'm so glad I did. Highly Recommended for all your venue dressing needs 😁

Absolutely amazing company!
I had my flowers made for my wedding in June by this fantastic company and I couldn’t have asked for better! The quality was better than all competitors I had viewed and stunned me and everyone at my wedding due to how beautiful they were! I would say the prices are quite affordable compared to a lot of companies out there but they succeed in quality by far! I bought a top table and flower balls for my wedding and loved them that much I used them as aisle decor and for my tables during the wedding breakfast, you will get nothing less than a very professional but friendly experience who can make your visions come to reality! Thank you so so much rustic floral wedding hire and your sister company for proving my wedding flowers they were beautiful!
