We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better florist than Alex from Wild Garden Florist. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life.
We had several Zoom calls with Alex throughout the planning process, and she was always so lovely, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or ideas we had. One of the things we loved most was how she put together beautiful proposals with images incorporated, which made it so easy for us to visualise how everything would look.
I had lots of Pinterest inspiration and a fairly specific vision in mind, and Alex completely understood it. She took all those ideas and somehow brought them to life even better than we could have imagined! Every arrangement on the day was absolutely stunning, and the sunflowers in particular just lit up the whole day beautifully.
We also had a slightly more unusual request for some florals to be incorporated into our book arch, and Alex took on the challenge brilliantly. The finished result was honestly gorgeous and became such a beautiful feature. She was so creative in working out how to make everything come together.
Alex’s knowledge of flowers and plants was incredible. She knew all the different varieties, their names, how they worked together, what would complement each other and how to create the overall look we were after. Her expertise really showed in every single arrangement.
Above all, Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was warm, approachable, responsive and so attentive throughout the whole process, which made the planning side of things feel so much easier.
Thank you so much, Alex, for taking our Pinterest ideas and turning them into something even more beautiful than we imagined. We absolutely loved our wedding flowers, and they made the day feel even more special. I loved my bouquet so much that I’ve even had it preserved in a resin table, so I can keep a little piece of our wedding day with us forever!
We would wholeheartedly recommend Wild Garden Florist to anyone looking for a talented, creative and genuinely wonderful florist.

We had various calls throughout the booking process which really helped us decide what we wanted for the big day. I would 100% recommend Alex and The Wild Garden Florist!
When choosing our florist for our wedding day it became very clear that Alex was passionate and cared about what she would create for us.
On the initial meeting with Alex we discussed what theme we were going with and what floral arrangements we would need. Alex then created a design that reflected our vision. I also had to show Alex a picture of my dress and how I wanted the flowers to enhance the dress due to it having colour, which Alex definitely understood and listened to. I had lots of compliments on this.
During the lead up to the wedding Alex, myself and my then fiancé had a meeting to discuss the final look again and what we wanted. We discussed what flowers and foliage she would be using and how she would set up on the wedding day.
On the wedding day Alex arrived and set up the venue with the florals, she double checked I was happy and if I needed anything.
The florals that were created were stunning and perfect for us! The flowers lasted after the wedding which meant we could still enjoy them.
We will definitely be visiting Alex and The Wild Garden Florist for more florals in the future!! -

There were so many options for florists that we initially found it quite overwhelming! But Alex really stood out to us. Through every step of the way, it felt like a partnership where she worked with us to understand all of the details; from the ideal colour scheme and types of flowers, through to the budget, venue layout and the wedding party. She put together several posies and a garland, which we used to dress the aisle, and also ensured consistency with the colours throughout the wedding breakfast (some example pictures included!). The bride’s and bridesmaids’ bouquets and the gents’ buttonholes were beautiful; we’ve still kept Katie’s bouquet as a lasting memory of the day. Thank you for turning our vision into a reality, and working with us so closely throughout the process. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional and friendly florist, we would absolutely recommend Alex!

I am so glad we booked Alex for our wedding flowers! Our wedding flowers were just stunning to the point I’ve decided to have my bouquet formally preserved!
Alex was so helpful in suggestions for decor such as mantel flowers and table flowers that suited our venue as well as being super flexible on designs ensuring that our wedding flowers matches our confetti!
