Saffron was incredible for our wedding. We changed our colour scheme half way through and it was no issue at all. Saffron listened, asked lots of questions and turned up on the morning of the wedding with the flowers of my dreams! She made the most gorgeous bride and bridesmaids bouquets and made our venue look stunning. 1000000% recommend to any future brides and grooms - saffron and the whole team at just about weddings!Just About Weddings Floristry And Decor's reply:

Just About Weddings did the decor for our wedding and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing.
Things were organised extremely last minute, such as the candles, despite having briefed them on what our vision was months earlier. The candles ended up not being the previously agreed colour because they could not find them at short notice (they ordered them from Amazon 2 days before the wedding). The story they told was that teal candles were difficult to find: a quick Google search will tell you they are not. They just left it too late.
We discussed garden games at length (in 2 phone calls and confirmed in writing), with our invoice stating 'as per latest quote'. We assumed that quote included garden games considering the multiple discussions we had about them, but after they were missing on the day we were told "if you don't pay for it, you don't get it". The lack of financial transparency meant that we had no clue we had not paid for them. We never received an explanation or an apology that this was missed off the quote and therefore was missing on the day.
During the site visit, Nick suggested we would put fairy lights up in the trees. We liked the idea and therefore paid £150 for fairly lights. When the evening came, it turned out they were not up - and they refuse to this day to refund us that money. The reason they are refusing to refund is that they "did bring them but could not put them up as the trees were beautifully in bloom". We had the trees prepared by gardeners for the wedding, so they were most definitely suitable for fairy lights, not to mention that the initial suggestion to put up the lights came from themselves. They sold us fairy dust rather than fairy lights: we paid £150 for their idea, which they could apparently not execute.
One of the big expenses was the decor of our pergola. There had been a mood board in place for months, and it was clear that we wanted bold, full and colourful. We are glad we bought plenty of flower garlands ourselves that could be added as they definitely did not deliver on the brief with the materials they brought themselves: it would have been very bare.
Overall we would clearly not recommend Just About Weddings Decor. They were very last-minute, did not deliver on the brief, missed items, and did not render services we paid for.Just About Weddings Floristry And Decor's reply:
This is the second review this couple have done on here. The first started by saying how lovely the flowers were, before boasting of how their entire wedding was made by their own garlands that they bought and then had me and my team hang for them, without any argument or remuneration! Their review was removed because it broke Hitched's rules on decency.
This review is similarly inaccurate and written by a couple who simply demanded monies back for much of their wedding, after their wedding. Whilst I don't intend on answering each point made above, suffice to say that not only did we deliver on the brief and provide a fully broken down, line by line itemised quote, as we always do, but we actually upgraded all of the flowers from artificial to real, without charge, and simply because we felt it would look better for what they wanted. I should also point out that when I left, this bride thanked me very genuinely and only said how happy she was with everything.
The first review that was left also told me that I should leave the company. How disgraceful! I love my job and I'm passionate about what I do and the beautiful flowers and decor that I deliver, and the company that I work for supports me and allows me the freedom to make couples' dreams come true.
Read into this review what you will, but sometimes no matter how hard we work and how much effort we put in, there will always be people who just want to try to get monies back after the event and when they don't get what they unjustifiably want, they proceed to use this, and other platforms, to try to hurt those that don't bend to their will. We won't accept that, ever!! -

Dan was great in the build up to the wedding, helping with the quotes and ideas. Saffron on the day was amazing, the flowers were beautiful and kept so well throughout the day.
Saffron really captured our dream wedding to a T and whatever we wanted (in budget of course) she met. The wedding was everything we could’ve wanted and more. All the guests complimented our flowers and decor and this made our day even more special.
