Francesca did our amazing flowers for our wedding at Gaynes Park on the 10th August 2026 and I think the best word to describe her work is WOW! She is such a hard worker, knows exactly what you want, and can recreate your Pinterest vision but better. What we loved about Francesca is how she just gets it, she knows how important the day is and brings a delightfully direct, honest approach to planning. She immediately identified what would work best for our space, guided us on what wouldn't, and tailored every element so we got the absolute maximum impact from our budget.
The final arrangements were beyond anything we could have imagined. The florals elevated the entire venue and made our wedding look even more exceptional than we ever pictured. We lost count of how many guests came up to compliment the stunning displays, with so many people saying they were the most beautiful wedding flowers they had ever seen. Francesca truly brought our vision to life and made our day completely unforgettable. We cannot recommend her enough! You had better hire her. -

Francesca did our wedding florals and we couldn’t have asked for a better florist!
Everything was amazing.
We had an online meeting to discuss our ideas and budget and Francesca was very helpful with pricing and ideas. She sent through a proposal including a pallette and potential florals before we even agreed to book. She was amazing! She accommodated additions of colours to our pallette as well. The flowers looked unbelievable on the day. All the arrangements were very rich and looked wonderful! Francesca and her team moved like ninjas to shift things around throughout the day without us even realising! The guests were speechless by the quality of the florals and so were we. Our budget wasn’t the biggest but Francesca worked with us to figure out the best way to repurpose florals and make the most out of it! I still can’t get over how amazing they looked! On the day, Francesca also helped beautify the bud vases we had made ourselves. Thank you so much Francesca!!

Absolutely stunning flowers
I found Francesca at Harlequin Florals just by searching wedding florist and zooming in on various locations in SE London (good method) and after chatting to her for an initial call I knew she was the florist for us. I shared my concerns of having cat friendly flowers in case we brought any home as ours likes to snack on plants and she completely understood, with both cats and a dog asleep behind her.
We went through our colour scheme and Francesca put together an inspiration board which got me very excited! Throughout the time of us speaking and the build up to the wedding day, I emailed Francesca several times asking for changes to the number of button holes and she never lost her patience, even when I asked after final invoice was paid.
The big day finally came and the flowers were absolutely breathtaking - we had bouquets for myself, the bridesmaids, buttonholes, a pageboy buttonhole and bud vases for the table. I still think about my bouquet and how incredible it was!!

We knew from the moment we met Francesca that she would be amazing, but the flowers on our wedding day were even more stunning than we could have imagined. We chose a bright, colourful theme and the results completely exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests have commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We couldn't be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend Harlequin Florals to anyone looking for a truly talented wedding florist. -

Absolutely stunning flowers for our wedding. I don't know much about flowers but Francesca was so helpful and really listened to my (very vague!) ideas. She turned them into the most beautiful, bright and eclectic flowers I can imagine. We needed to make some changes as we continued with our wedding planning and Francesca was so responsive to what we needed. Would recommend Harlequin to anyone -

Harlequin Florals - fantastic!
I cannot recommend Harlequin Florals enough. We used them for our wedding a few weeks ago and the flowers were INCREDIBLE. Francesca absolutely nailed the brief and made sure my vision came to life.
On the lead up, she created a fabulous vision board and patiently answered all my questions along the way.
The flowers were beautiful, so bright and bold. Exactly what we wanted and so many people commented about how lovely they were.
She sorted delivery and clear down and donates leftover flowers to a hospice which is so lovely. -

Francesca was an absolute gem for our wedding flowers - from the first zoom call I had with her; knowing nothing at all about flowers to begin with - I soon felt at ease and knew that this was the woman we wanted for our wedding!
I loved that we were able to add extra buttonholes etc along the way and that if I'd forgotten something (which was actually quite frequent in the florist world!) - it would be no trouble for Francesca and if you emailed her with any queries; she would a clear response with quick contact back
The final preparation was great, creating mood boards to see what type of flowers that were on offer and could be created made life so much simpler and as for on the big day itself - delivering the flowers and setting up the venue as well as coming back the next day to collect vases etc; took a huge wait off our shoulders and we are SO thankful to Francesca for everything she done for us!

Words cannot describe the magic worked by Francesca and her team at Harlequin Flowers. From first point of contact, I knew Francesca was the florist for us; she is extremely professional, has an amazing eye for detail and her taste is flawless. We provided Francesca some high level ideas of what we liked, and she came up with incredible arrangements. Not only did the flowers look amazing for our wedding day, Francesca also collected, rearranged, and delivered the same the wedding flowers for us to display for our Asian wedding event. Despite 30 degrees heat, the flowers lasted for days after the final event and looked amazing.
Thank you so much Francesca, for being so full of ideas, so accommodating, and making everything run so smoothly.

From our very first call, I knew Francesca understood our vision and would execute it perfectly. Her enthusiasm and excitement was clear and I had complete faith that she would deliver, which she did! The flowers on the day were utterly beautiful. We wanted colour and fun, and that’s exactly what we got! I had the idea of each of my bridesmaids having a different colour bouquet, which then made up my bridal bouquet - Francesca was so excited about this, and her excitement clearly translated into results. Each bridesmaid bouquet was beautiful on its own, and altogether the effect was incredible. The flowers at the venue were also divine, and really brought the space to life.
What’s more, Francesca herself was SO lovely. Our communication via email before the day was helpful and reassuring. She answered all our questions so promptly. On the day, she was a ray of sunshine, adding to the magic of the day itself. We would really recommend the additional service of flower wrapping for people to take home a small bouquet (made up of the table flowers) as a wedding favour - such a great idea and well received by guests.
