Charlotte is the best of the best! She took my ideas and created the most beautiful florals I’ve ever seen. Truly a wow-factor of huge beautiful blooms that added gorgeous colours whilst remaining elegant to compliment Botleys Mansion. We still have guests talking about her displays now! The planning was easy, no request was ever too much, and her team were so helpful on the wedding day, moving from ceremony to reception she created gorgeous (and SO many) bud vases with matching candles. She even disassembled the large displays into smaller bouquets for our guests to take home the following morning. So many special touches that went far beyond all expectations! Thank you so much, we are so glad we found you for our happiest day! -

Best wedding decision you’ll make
Wow, wow, wow! ❤️ I honestly don’t have the words to describe how incredible Charlotte is. When she arrived with our wedding flowers on the morning of our wedding, I was completely speechless. They were everything I had dreamed of and more, and seeing them for the first time is a moment I will never forget.
Charlotte has such a special talent for taking the ideas, inspiration and little details you share with her and turning them into something even more beautiful than you could ever have imagined. She didn’t just bring my vision to life; she somehow made it even more magical.
From our very first conversations to the wedding morning itself, the whole experience was an absolute joy. Charlotte listened, cared about every detail and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I even made some last-minute changes just a few weeks before the wedding, and she was so accommodating and lovely about everything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Charlotte, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us something so beautiful and for playing such a special part in our wedding day. If you’re looking for a florist who genuinely cares, listens to your vision and goes above and beyond to make your dreams come true, look no further. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte more highly. Charlotte went above and beyond for us for our wedding day. She was so helpful and supportive for our day. She knew exactly the vision and made it come to life beautifully. The flowers were gorgeous and her eye for detail didn’t go unnoticed. We loved everything about our flowers and feel like they made our wedding as beautiful as it was. I would recommend Frankie lane 100 times over! -

Everything I hoped for
My sister had used Charlotte/Frankie Lane Flowers as her florist for her wedding and had recommended them for quality, value and service! And I’m pleased to say that Charlotte did an amazing job at my wedding too! Everything we had planned together came to life and I was so happy with how everything looked on the day. From the initial planning call to the last minute add ons I made, Charlotte was so so lovely and professional. Charlotte’s pricings are also so reasonable in comparison to other quotes I got and she was really helpful in suggesting how we can repurpose the flowers throughout the day to keep the costs down. Our ceremony arbour became the back drop for our wedding breakfast and our aisle ends became our table ends etc. so everything got a second use. Charlotte and her team moved these all themselves which gave me peace of mind that it was all taken care of. The next day was a lovely surprise to see that Charlotte had made all the stems from the bud vases into bouquets for me so I could give them out to my family to take home. Overall I would definitely recommend Frankie Lane Flowers for your wedding! -

Beautiful flowers!!
Charlotte supplied the flowers for our wedding in June and we couldn’t have been happier with them! I always knew I wanted bright, colourful flowers, and Charlotte brought that vision to life perfectly.
From the lead-up to the wedding, Charlotte was so helpful, incredibly responsive and always happy to jump on a call whenever I had any questions. On the day, I was absolutely blown away when I saw the flowers. They looked stunning and completely brought the venue to life. We had so many lovely comments from our guests about how beautiful they were!

We couldn’t have asked for a better florist!
Charlotte came to our rescue after we’d had a difficult experience with a previous supplier, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! From the very first conversation, Charlotte immediately put us at ease. Her warmth, expertise and clear communication were such a breath of fresh air, and we instantly felt we were in safe hands!
Throughout the lead up to the wedding, Charlotte was so accommodating whenever we wanted to make changes, and she always offered helpful suggestions and advice along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
On the day itself, Charlotte and her team were incredible. The flowers looked exactly as we’d imagined, but even better! Charlotte was also such a lovely, calming presence to have around on the day, which made such a difference.
We honestly can’t thank Charlotte and her team enough for helping bring our vision to life. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, professional and genuinely lovely florist. Thank you for everything! -
