I had such a wonderful experience with Claudette and Florals of Splendour. From the very start, their customer service was amazing. They really listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard. The final result was even better than I imagined. Everything looked gorgeous, and I’m so excited to have my bouquet (and maybe even our table piece once I find the right spot) on display in our home forever as a reminder of our special day. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking for artificial florals, whether it’s due to allergies, personal preference, or simply wanting a beautiful arrangement that doubles as a keepsake. -

Beautiful flowers and venue decor!
Florals of splendour were fabulous! The bouquets (brides plus 5 bridesmaids) were incredible, everyone said they looked so real! The venue dressing was just what I asked for and the team moved items from ceremony room to wedding breakfast room for us. Claudette was accommodating and would add things on / change things every time I asked in the lead up to the wedding. She worked in our specified budget and provided mood board type photos so you could confirm what you wanted. We found the price was reasonable compared to other vendors. Would highly recommend the high quality and friendly service!

Communication before and after the wedding is excellent and Claudette helped make our wedding look perfect. A friendly & professional service
Claudette was recommended to us buy a dear friend for our mother's funeral. The communication between us was professional, and friendly. We communicated what we had in mind and Claudette was able to capture our vision with her own little professional touch and suggestions, with the finished article being fantastic. We were very happy with her prompt and timely response, especially as she had to go away for family reasons, but she was able to deliver what we asked on time and too a high standard.
Will I recommend her to others?.... Yes!...Glowingly!
