Modern, natural & personal wedding flowers with a little unexpected detail.

I’m Lidia, the florist and creative behind Lida Floral. With over 10 years of experience creating weddings and events, I now design wedding flowers across Hastings, East Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas.

For me, wedding flowers should feel like the people getting married.

I don’t want to simply recreate a beautiful Pinterest picture. I want to get to know you - your personalities, your story, the things you love and the little details that make you who you are - and translate those ideas into flowers.

It might be a favourite colour, a flower that reminds you of someone special, an unexpected combination, or simply the atmosphere you want your guests to feel. These personal details are what can turn beautiful wedding flowers into something that feels truly yours.

My style combines the timeless beauty of classic floristry with modern colour, texture, shape and thoughtful details. I love flowers with natural movement and personality - romantic and elegant, but never too predictable.

Every wedding is different because every couple is different. I work closely with you to create a floral design that feels cohesive, personal and right for your day, while also helping you make the most of your floral budget.

And although Lida Floral is my business, floristry has never felt like just a business to me. I genuinely love what I do — from choosing the flowers and playing with colour and texture to seeing everything come together on the wedding day.

My aim is simple: to create wedding flowers that don’t just look beautiful, but feel like you.

Wedding Decoration

It’s always a pleasure when, on life’s journey, you meet truly amazing people. Lida is one of them.

She’s an outstanding florist with a natural sense of style and color. From the very first conversation, you can feel how much she loves what she does - her work is a real extension of who she is. She’s super communicative, professional, and just great to work with.

Honestly, I believe she should charge more for her work. I’d love to see her in full financial freedom and peace, because that’s when creative people can truly focus on their art and bring bold ideas to life.

Lida made our wedding absolutely perfect, and I recommend her to all my friends without hesitation. Knowing how many people out there have zero taste, I’d either work only with Lida or trust her recommendations - because she genuinely knows her craft inside out.

And beyond work, we still happily meet for coffee - our kids playing together, just like old friends.
