I was excited to have Bunches And Bells do my flowers, But unfortunately, they did not follow through with what they promised. They forgot one bouquet for a bridesmaid , When I called them, they ignored my phone calls and replied by WhatsApp saying they had delivered all but we changed and paid extra for an extra bouquet months before the wedding. When I explained and showed a screenshot of the email where she approved this, I just got ignored. Which caused me stress on my Wedding day I also don’t think the bouquets were up to a standard which I paid. I have attached a photo of one of the bouquets. This was a child’s bouquet but still costing £25 . I have given Bunches And Bells an opportunity To apologise and refund she has only refunded £50. We also paid an extra £50 Icelandic Poppies, but a few days before the wedding, I was told She Couldn’t get hold of them, I accepted this and She stated she would refund me For the extra, Which has not happened , I paid to guarantee I could have These flowers . I don’t usually do reviews But I don’t want anyone else to have the issues I did, Especially on such an important day. We also paid for thank you flowers which were worth no more than £20 and we paid £ 35. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo due to all the rushing around. The bouquet I had was not worth £135 As this is not what I wanted and they were wilting by the time I had arrived. I asked for roses and pine cones That felt there was a lot of greenery to Try and bulk it out to make it look bigger I think overall there was about six roses in it. Overall, I would not recommend Anybody using this company.
