We booked them two years ahead of our big day, and they were flawless, kind, and an absolute dream to work with from start to finish!
The work they created for us was more incredible than we could have ever imagined from the perfectly on the day illustrations to our bespoke table name illustrations - their talent knows no boundaries! Our custom ceremony portrait literally left us speechless (and tearing up!), and our guests were utterly obsessed with their live illustrations—everyone has been sharing their keepsakes non-stop!
Beyond their jaw-dropping talent, they are just the loveliest people who brought the best energy to the room (and were so incredibly sweet and patient with our families!). They are amazing artists, the ultimate hype ladies, and total crowd-pleasers. We are so grateful from the bottom of our hearts—everyone needs them at their wedding! We cannot recommend **Illustration by Kiwi** highly enough. Having live guest illustration at our wedding was something we were really excited about, but the experience completely exceeded our expectations. Kiwi was not only incredibly talented, but also warm, professional, engaging and an absolute pleasure to have as part of our wedding day. They added something genuinely unique and memorable to the celebration, and our guests are still talking about it.
**Ability to understand and interpret what we wanted**
From the very beginning, Kiwi understood exactly what we were hoping for. We wanted something fun, personal and memorable for our guests, and we wanted them to have the freedom to interpret each person in their own artistic style. Kiwi completely understood that brief.
What stood out was how well they captured the personalities and little details of our guests. The illustrations weren't just drawings of people — they had character and personality, and it was so lovely seeing our friends and family recognise themselves in Kiwi's artwork. We gave them the creative freedom to do what they do best, and that trust was absolutely rewarded.
**Quality of expertise, advice and guidance**
Kiwi's experience and expertise were evident throughout the process. They knew exactly how to work within the fast-paced environment of a wedding while still producing beautiful, individual pieces of artwork. We never felt that the quality was compromised by the fact that the illustrations were being created live and at speed.
They also understood how to interact with guests and manage the flow of people wanting to be illustrated. This made the whole experience feel effortless from our perspective. We could simply enjoy watching it happen, knowing our guests were having an amazing time.
**Customer service and communication**
The communication we received from our first enquiry through to the wedding day was excellent. Kiwi was friendly, responsive and professional, and we always felt completely confident that everything was organised.
On the day itself, Frankie & Kirsty was fantastic. They fitted seamlessly into the wedding and were so lovely with our guests. They made everyone feel comfortable and excited to be involved, including people who might normally be a little shy about having their photo or portrait taken. Their personality and approach made the experience just as enjoyable as the artwork itself.
**How well the finished artwork fulfilled our brief and the freedom we gave them**
The artwork completely fulfilled — and went beyond — what we had hoped for. We deliberately gave Kiwi creative freedom because we wanted to see their own artistic interpretation of our guests, and that was one of the best decisions we made.
Every illustration felt unique. Seeing our guests' reactions as they received their drawings was one of the highlights of the day. There were so many moments of laughter, surprise and excitement as people saw themselves illustrated, and it created a really lovely atmosphere around Kiwi.
It was also wonderful for us as a couple to see our guests enjoying something so personal. Rather than being a traditional wedding favour that people might forget about, these were one-of-a-kind pieces of art created specifically for each person.
**Quality and craftsmanship of the finished artwork and how it was presented to our guests**
The quality of Kiwi's work was incredible, especially considering the speed and environment in which they were working. The illustrations were full of personality and detail, and you could immediately see the skill and creativity behind them.
Our guests absolutely loved receiving their illustrations. They were proudly showing them to each other, laughing at the different interpretations and comparing their drawings. It became an experience in itself rather than simply something happening in the background.
The fact that guests could take home an original piece of artwork from our wedding made it particularly special. It was a meaningful keepsake from the day and something that felt completely personal to each individual.
**Reliability**
Kiwi was incredibly reliable and professional. Everything was exactly as promised, and we had complete confidence in them throughout the process. On such an important and busy day, having a supplier who simply turns up, knows exactly what they are doing and delivers everything they have promised makes such a difference.
We never had to worry about whether things were going to run smoothly. Kiwi was organised, professional and completely dependable, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience.
**How easy and enjoyable we found working with Illustration by Kiwi**
This is probably one of the things we appreciated most. Kiwi was genuinely so lovely to work with. They brought a wonderful energy to the wedding and became part of the experience rather than simply another supplier working behind the scenes.
Our guests loved them, we loved them, and the atmosphere around the illustrations was brilliant. It was one of those elements of our wedding that brought people together and gave everyone something fun to talk about.
Looking back on our wedding, the live guest illustrations are one of the details that we remember most fondly. They created moments of laughter and excitement throughout the day, while also giving our guests something beautiful and personal to take home with them.

Illustration by Kiwi were just AMAZING! We had the chance to meet them at a local wedding fayre last year and as soon as we saw Franki's work we knew we had to book them. Frankie and Kirsty were at the venue and all set up way before they were needed; throughout the day they were accommodating and happy to chat to guests and they are such wonderful people. Everyone loved their work and we are so pleased that they could join us on our special day. X -

We couldn't recommend Illustration by Kiwi more highly. They created beautiful live illustrations for our guests to take home as favours, and they were an absolute highlight of our wedding.
Their love for Disney was especially important to us as our wedding theme was Beauty and the Beast, and they fully embraced the magic of it. They also created our wonderful welcome sign featuring our beloved cats, which made our day feel even more personal and special.
Not only are they incredibly talented, but they are genuinely lovely people. Their enthusiasm, constant smiles and warm interactions with our guests created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Our reception was small and intimate, and they fit in so naturally that they genuinely felt like part of the family.
The illustrations were amazing keepsakes that our guests absolutely loved, and we are so grateful for the memories they helped create. Thank you for bringing so much talent, warmth and Disney magic to our special day! -

Franki and her partner Kirsty were wonderful. They were an incredible and fun addition to our special day. They brought their personalities and fitted right in. We wanted easy going, fun and anyone who were 'staff' to fit in like they were part of the party. Wow they really did. They put everyone at ease, they captured all our guests hearts with their talent. They both went above and beyond. They got all our guests and even manage to squeeze some extra requests in. We would say anyone who doesn't have these guys at their wedding is missing a magic touch. -

Kiwi Illustration were great and I'm so glad we went with them. Live illustration was as absolute must when we were planning our wedding and we are so glad that we came across Kiwi Illustration - Frankie immediately connected with us and our guests at our wedding and everyone said what a great idea this was and something they will treasure forever. They were a lovely couple and they felt like a real part of our wedding. The illustrations are great and they even did one with our 3 cats. These utterly amazing human beings were the highlight of our wedding for so many of our guests! They were absolutely delightful to work with and so welcoming and cheery -- who knew that suppliers you met online would be such amazing cheerleaders for us on our day.
They were so friendly and so damn talented! Everyone raved above their incredible drawings and how speedy and detailed they were. I couldn't stop popping over to them throughout the evening just to watch them work their magic. They were an utter delight and such an incredible favour for our guests. 10/10 worth every penny and would 100% hire them again! -
