Hi! I'm Holly - owner and chocolatier at Cocoa Caffrey. I started this business in January 2026, after working as a pastry chef for a Michelin Restaurant for three years, followed by being the head baker at a small bakery for one year. These jobs not only taught me the foundations of the craft, but also a keen eye for detail and the knowledge of how to bring my visions to reality.
This business was a dream I've aspired to bring to life for a long time, where I spent all my free time perfecting my skills to provide you with beautiful artisan chocolates.
