We can't express enough how grateful we are to Lola coordinating our wedding day at Hertford Castle on the 7th of June 2025. She is truly an incredible individual and exemplifies professionalism in every aspect. Throughout the lead-up to our wedding, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was as stress-free as possible. On the big day itself, she orchestrated everything flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a hitch.
Her warmth and genuine nature shine through, making her not only a talented coordinator but also a lovely person inside and out. We often find ourselves wishing we could relive our wedding day and night repeatedly, and that’s a testament to how wonderful she made our experience.
Like with any large event, there were a few minor hiccups, but Lola was quick to address them, reassuring us not to worry as she handled everything seamlessly. Thanks to her swift and effective responses, none of these issues affected our celebration.

Our wedding
My husband and I got married at Hertford Castle. Lola and the staff at the castle provided the most professional and supportive service. Nothing was a problem and they could not do enough to help us achieve the perfect wedding day. So many wonderful memories! -

I found Damilola last minute as I didn’t know I needed help, and she was my wedding angel! She is very responsive, extremely organized and lovely to work with. Her team on the day of was fabulous and they were so helpful. They know the area venues and vendors and every vendor told me they were polite to work with as well. I appreciate how much you helped me with such short notice and Nicole, Lola, your girls, all so friendly and attentive. Nicole went above and beyond the day of to help with early catastrophes and their assistance with a contingency plan was spot on. I would consider using them 1000%!!! Happy planning xx -

Lola was amazing from start to finish. She was very quick to respond to our many questions and went out of her way to ensure we could accommodate all our guests when we changed the seating plan several times! Thank you Lola for your patience and proactive organisation. You made us feel relaxed that you'd taken care of things and we didn't need to worry about them. I had used this service for my wedding. Right from the onset, Lola was so professional, proactive and really helpful in deciding the perfect touch for the decorations. And on the day of the wedding, she arrived even way before time - got straight to work and made the venue looked magical. She kept in touch all through the process and even enquired about all other aspects of the planning that needed to be sorted ( so kind of her). I really can’t recommend her enough- the venue was transformed in less than a hour which blew everyone away. Thank you very much Lola and I look forward to working with you again. Thank you ❤️. -
