We can't express enough how grateful we are to Lola coordinating our wedding day at Hertford Castle on the 7th of June 2025. She is truly an incredible individual and exemplifies professionalism in every aspect. Throughout the lead-up to our wedding, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was as stress-free as possible. On the big day itself, she orchestrated everything flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a hitch.
Her warmth and genuine nature shine through, making her not only a talented coordinator but also a lovely person inside and out. We often find ourselves wishing we could relive our wedding day and night repeatedly, and that’s a testament to how wonderful she made our experience.
Like with any large event, there were a few minor hiccups, but Lola was quick to address them, reassuring us not to worry as she handled everything seamlessly. Thanks to her swift and effective responses, none of these issues affected our celebration.
From the depths of our hearts, thank you, Lola. You are one of the most genuinely lovely people we have ever met, and we are so thankful for everything you did to make our day unforgettable!

If I could give 0 stars I really would. It’s like everything that was discussed before the day didn’t even go to plan. It was actually VERY odd. It’s as if the co-ordinators just wanted to sabotage the day. Creating a groupchat for all vendors 2 days before the event is ridiculous. We were told that 4 weeks before everything will be handed over to the co-ordinator and we will not need to worry about anything. Vendors were messaging me the NIGHT before asking when they should arrive. On the day vendors didn’t even know where to go because there was no guidance!
A team of 3 on the day but nothing to show for it. The day could have gone badly if not for other people who stepped up. The service was extremely poor, things started late and vendors didn’t come on time simply because they didn’t know the event plan… something the co-ordinator should have done. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. It was so poor. The co-ordinators were hardly seen during the day… constantly disappearing and then popping up after some time. I didn’t even get to take photos with my whole immediate family because the agreed shot list after the ceremony wasn’t stuck to. Just poor. I do not recommend one bit! Use at your own risk.
I as the bride was extremely stressed. Including the groom, bridal party and family members. She was terrible. You provided no calm whatsoever and just chaos.Roseline B Weddings & Events Planning, Coordination & Venue Styling's reply:

Our wedding
My husband and I got married at Hertford Castle. Lola and the staff at the castle provided the most professional and supportive service. Nothing was a problem and they could not do enough to help us achieve the perfect wedding day. So many wonderful memories! -

I found Damilola last minute as I didn’t know I needed help, and she was my wedding angel! She is very responsive, extremely organized and lovely to work with. Her team on the day of was fabulous and they were so helpful. They know the area venues and vendors and every vendor told me they were polite to work with as well. I appreciate how much you helped me with such short notice and Nicole, Lola, your girls, all so friendly and attentive. Nicole went above and beyond the day of to help with early catastrophes and their assistance with a contingency plan was spot on. I would consider using them 1000%!!! Happy planning xx -
