We came to Kenny with a vision and a budget and he delivered beyond both. He came in well below our budget without compromising on a single detail, did a full site visit to understand the space properly, and communicated with us every step of the way. For any couple who knows how stressful the planning process can be, that level of professionalism and transparency is everything.
On the day the venue looked absolutely breathtaking. Every single guest stopped to comment on how stunning it all looked. He took everything we had in our heads and brought it to life in a way that exceeded our wildest expectations. The attention to detail was extraordinary.
But what truly sets Kenny apart is his heart. He navigated complex family dynamics on the day with grace and calm so that we never had to worry about a thing. He gave us marital advice we will carry with us for years. He genuinely cared about us as people, not just as clients, and that made the whole experience feel so safe and so personal.

We’re so glad we chose Extreme Events as our wedding decorator—they truly brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way. From our very first meeting, Kenny was attentive, professional, and genuinely understood what we were looking for.
On the day itself, everything looked absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was incredible. We wanted a minimalist style that complemented the venue’s natural elegance, and Kenny executed it perfectly. The quality of cutlery provided was top notch. Every element felt thoughtful and refined, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked.
What really stood out was how stress-free they made the entire process. The team handled everything with care and professionalism, giving us complete confidence from start to finish. Even when we had a few last-minute tweaks, they were accommodating, calm, and solution-focused.

Extreme Wedding Events gave us everything we wanted and more! Communicating with them was easy from the beginning as they were very responsive, warm, kind and did all they could to deliver on our vision and the kind of aesthetic we wanted. Where we were unsure, they came through with suggestions and we eventually trusted them with creative freedom!

I cannot recommend Extreme Wedding Events enough. They made magic in my wedding venue and I am so grateful I have found them!
Communication from the beginning was brilliant. I didn't have a clear idea what I wanted/needed for my venue to look nice, but Kenny took notes of all I said and made an initial plan and then a few amendments after I had changed my mind. I have added extras a day before the wedding, and they brought everything I asked for with no fuss, not even mentioning the invoice at that time! Everything with an attitude to make sure that I am happy and getting what I want.
On the wedding day the team arrived on time, greeted us with a hug and smile, and then the magic was done in the next 4 hours! The decorated venue looked so beautiful, elegant, and uplifted! Before, I was worried that a church hall would never look good, but Kenny and the team have so much experience and talent! They have exceeded my expectations and even the venue caretaker was amazed!
I genuinely recommend Extreme Wedding Events, they go above and beyond to ensure clients are happy! We will be using them for next weddings in the family.Extreme Wedding Events's reply:
