Suzie was amazing from the start to finish! She was quick to respond to any questions, silly or not she was always on hand to help. She is professional, easy to chat to and of course funny! Our commitment ceremony was so perfect and she helped making this possible. She eased all our anxiety and got us excited on the lead up to the big day. The price was amazing for what we got and we are so glad we picked suzie to be our celebrant. She still stays in contact with us regularly and we love it. She also added little extra like certificates, our ceremony in writing which is so lovely to keep and a little gift for us. We cant recommend Suzie enough she was the best and making our day so special.

What can I say about Suzie! From the moment we discover her (maybe the Celebrant Scotland page) and looked at her website we knew she would be the perfect celebrant for us. Her energy, positivity and professionalism has made what could have been a daunting prospect (the arrangements, not the event) seem like a doddle. The meetings, the video calls, the WhatsApp’s gently guided us through what we needed to do and when. She has been amazing, bringing humour to our chats and even comfort when we lost our wee cat. Through her expertise Suzie has made the experience amazing, all culminating in an unforgettable day that will last in our memories forever. We honestly cannot thank Suzie from Celebrants Scotland enough. She stepped in at the very last minute when our original celebrant was no longer able to do our ceremony, and from the very first conversation she immediately put us at ease. She reassured us, calmed any worries we had, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.

Despite the short amount of time before the wedding, Suzie made such a genuine effort to get to know us. She was always available if we wanted a chat or had questions, and she was incredibly generous in letting us get to know her too. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we truly felt her care, kindness and consideration throughout the whole process.

On the wedding day itself, Suzie was there for both of us - offering quiet support, calming nerves, and doing an amazing job of warming up our guests before the ceremony. The ceremony flowed so seamlessly that it honestly felt like she’d known us for years. She delivered it with such ease and confidence, and afterwards so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was and how perfectly it captured us and our story as a couple. Her warmth and kindness just radiated, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more.

What makes Suzie even more special is that her support didn’t stop after the wedding. Nearly a year on, she has kept in touch with us - checking in, reminding us of that incredible day, and sharing lovely moments like letting us know where our tree was planted as part of Celebrants Scotland’s tree-planting initiative for 2025 ceremonies. It has meant so much to us and shows just how much she truly cares.

We are beyond grateful that Suzie was our celebrant and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you, Suzie, for everything you did (and continue to do!) for us as a married couple 💛

The things you did from day one were so genuine and heartfelt ♥️ Our whole family and all our friends were talking about the ceremony and how personal and beautiful it was. They all all loved you as do we both ❤️ We will definitely be recommending you to everyone getting married in the future 🩷 The fact that the handfasting didn't work until the 3rd attempt was so symbolic as 3rd time lucky in love for us both and we finally got our happily ever after. Everyone loved the Scottish traditions and the ceremony was perfect. You went above and beyond. The wedding gift was beautiful and the tree planted to celebrate our marriage in the love forest is so special. We love you for making our day perfect👌 👍 🥰 xx

We had the most fantastic time with Suzie as our celebrant. We came in with the ask of a Scottish traditional wedding blessing with a witchy alternative flair to it. Suzie was an instant hit with me and my now husband as her bubbly and enthusiastic personality instantly won us over. She listened attentively to our mad hatter ideas and crafted a beautiful, personal ceremony our of all our stories. She guided us and held our hands through every step and was our personal hype-woman in the build up with keeping cheery messages coming into the group chat that was set up.
She set the tone for the start of our celebration and what a celebration it turned out to be!! So grateful to Suzie for all her hardwork and for making our blessing ceremony perfect.
