Wedding ceremony
We wanted a very relaxed authentic wedding ceremony which Richard understood innately. He guided us through the ceremony ensuring we were happy with what was to be said well in advance, giving us time to amend or personalise what was suggested through years of experience. Professional yet very personable. -

We cannot thank Richard enough for being a part of our special day, and for contributing to make it so special. As soon as we met him we knew he was the celebrant for us. Richard was warm and welcoming throughout and really took the time to get to know us, understand our story and crafted the perfect ceremony for us, that was the perfect blend of heartfelt and funny, and was completely us. I can't understate how nice it was to have a friendly face at the end of the aisle guiding us through the ceremony. We got many compliments on the day and still weeks after the wedding how fantastic the ceremony was and that they'd never seen one like that that was so personal and engaging - Richard did a fantastic job. He was helpful throughout and helped us understand the process to get legally married as well. For anyone considering a celebrant led wedding, I can't recommend it enough, it was the perfect experience for what we wanted. We also received a beautiful copy of the ceremony script, our vows and certificate from the day which is a lovely touch. Thank you again Richard!The Wessex Celebrant's reply:

The Perfect ceremony
Rich was so great in making the perfect ceremony for our wedding. He spent time with us, to get know us as a couple. As well as talk through all the different aspects we could include in the ceremony. Once crafted, we had multiple calls to ensure we were happy with the final result. We had so many compliments on the day about how great and personal the ceremony was.The Wessex Celebrant's reply:

Can't recommend Richard enough. Such a gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. He put together our couple's story beautifully and definitely captured us both.
Richard gave us ideas for our ceremony and performed a ring warming element together with a handfasting.
He made our day and ceremony very personal.
We received a beautiful folder with the full ceremony and our pledges typed out as a lovely keepsake.
We couldn't have wished for anyone better to carry out our ceremony and if we ever need a celebrant again, Richard would be our first and only choice

First Class!
Richard was superb! From initial communication to the big day itself. Responsive, adaptable, knowledgeable and most importantly, a joy to work with.
Everything was planned, initial face to face meeting then regular catch ups before the day. On the day the ceremony was perfect, delivery was spot on. The amount of guests that complimented Richard was too many to count.
100% recommend!

Richard was a complete joy to work with and the whole ceremony he conducted was amazing and he had such great ideas where all our guests admired all of this and talked about it afterwards!
It was such touching ceremony, please do not go anywhere else but only Richard!
