We cannot recommend Jean Steele highly enough.
From the moment we got in touch to plan our wedding at Teasses Estate, Fife, Jean was incredibly informative and kept us right every step of the way. She walked us through the entire process and paperwork needed for the marriage schedule, right down to the specific registrar requirements for our venue — all explained so clearly that it took so much stress out of the run-up to the big day.
In the meetings leading up to the wedding, Jean took real time to get to know Laura and me — our relationship, our families, what mattered to us — and handled everything we shared with such care. She wove it all into a ceremony script that was genuinely beautiful and unmistakably ours.
On the day itself, September 5th, Jean was warm and welcoming from the first moment — I was a nervous groom, and she put me completely at ease with a hug and a smile before we'd even started. She then delivered the ceremony with so much thought and emotion, making that part of the day truly special.

Jean was amazing start to finish. Such a kind and thoughtful humanist who helped ease our wedding nerves! The ceremony she planned for us included everything we asked for and can tell it was made with a lot of care and attention to get it exactly right for me and my husband. Would definitely recommend. Jean is the best!
Our amazing day felt very much like a fairytale and none of it could have happened without Jean’s support and care. We loved how much Jean captured our love story and made it so super personal to both of us. All of our guests commented and said how beautiful the ceremony was. And the ceremony was just my absolute favourite part (even though that's what I was most nervous for!). Jean was so fantastic to work with! She made our ceremony so perfect and special and it all ran incredibly smoothly - a true professional! Would highly recommend.

Jean was so friendly and put us completely at ease throughout the whole process of creating our ceremony. She provided very clear information, which made navigating all the paperwork much easier as well. Jean performed a wonderful ceremony for us. It was very warm and full of personal stories. Multiple guests commented to us on how it was such a lovely speech. She was helpful and fun throughout the planning process and worked with us to create the ceremony that was just to our taste.

Jean created an amazing ceremony for us, that captured all the things that mattered to us and had a few good laughs in there! Jean spent time talking to us and getting to know us, so to better tailor the ceremony to our liking, and was happy to redraft sections. Jean was truly wonderful from start to finish! She’s such a kind, genuine and supportive person, and she made the whole experience feel easy and personal. We loved meeting up with her for a coffee to chat through the ceremony, and she helped us create a script that felt completely us. We honestly couldn’t imagine anyone else leading our ceremony - it was such a joy to have her there on the day. We’d recommend Jean to absolutely anyone!
