Maddie trained with the Academy of Modern Celebrants and is a member of The Association of Independent Celebrants. This means that she is professional, fully trained and accredited, as well as being fully insured.

Whether you want a quirky commitment ceremony or something a little more traditional, she can help you plan a unique celebration that reflects you! Her passion is to ensure that each of her clients gets the ceremony that is perfect for them, and the sky’s the limit on choices! Whether you want your ceremony to be inside or outdoors, in the early dawn or at sunset -or anything in between, it’s your choice!

Maddie will take time to get to know you, and will work with you to create your personalised ceremony, this can include a symbolic element or ritual, include cultural or religious references that are important to you, alternatively you may prefer to enjoy a simple, no-fuss, intimate and heartfelt ceremony, -Maddie will tailor the ceremony to your personality.

Based on her own personal Faith, Maddie’s mantra is to ‘Live Kindly’, and those values and beliefs mean that she always tries to do the right thing, to be honest and trustworthy. It also means that she is hugely respectful of the beliefs and values of others and loves to incorporate faith-based and cultural traditions into her ceremonies. Maddie is passionate about inclusion in its widest form; she doesn’t just accept difference, she celebrates it!

As an ethical vegan, Maddie is also excited to find ways to celebrate each occasion and event by finding ‘green’ options and minimising harm to our planet, whether that’s by using home-grown flowers for confetti, or ditching unnecessary plastic. Maddie’s view is that small, mindful choices add up, and she wants her actions to reflect the kind of world she wants to live in. This is why she subscribes to Ecologi, a company dedicated to reforestation efforts around the world. Every ceremony Maddie leads, funds the purchase of another tree that will be planted as part of reforestation projects around the world.
