Janey took our celebration to another level! We absolutely LOVED everything she did for us - from the initial meeting through to the delivery of the speech to our friends and family. So many of our guests made a point of complimenting her and how beautiful, upbeat and fun she made it for all. She really set the tone for a fantastic evening.
From the initial meeting, Janey understood what we were wanting and was pretty well there from the first draft - but was extremely flexible throughout - with a couple of requests from us. Totally professional, engaging and thoughtful throughout all.
Janey honestly helped make our day so magical and we would both recommend her to help your event go with a swing!!

Jane was instrumental in taking our celebration to the next level. She has an exceptional level of polish and professionalism whilst also retaining a genuine warmth. She tailors each ceremony to the uncanny details of the bridge and groom’s lives - conducting interviews and getting a real sense of your personalities.
She is across all the details of the day and is by your side to help guide you when you feel nervous or unsteady on the big day.

Janey Briars was exceptional! I could stop at just that one word, but I would like to explain further.
From the moment we had a zoom call, we both knew she was “it“. That became more apparent as we started to work together to compile our story for the day. Janey spent a great amount of time working with us to perfect that delivery. Nothing was too much trouble and she was not offended in the slightest by our suggested edits or amendments. Our guests provided endless comments on how wonderful she was, had we known her - before because it seemed that way, and where on earth did we get her from! She gave the most magnificent delivery and set the tone for the day. It was a flawless delivery, humour at the right moments, warmth and empathy and a perfect and professionally pitched voice She must have left buzzing with the amount of public acclaim she received! She also looked utterly amazing on the day too. Janey followed up by giving us a wonderful book to commemorate our day, unbeknown to us, which was fantastically well received. Yes she may not be the cheapest celebrant out there, but she is worth every penny and could not recommend her more highly. Ten out of ten.Janey Briers Celebrates's reply:

Harriet Sent on 15/09/2025If we had to sum up Janey in one word it would be MARVELLOUS.
From the initial emails, to the first meeting and then to the wedding day, every interaction was a joy. Janey took time to get to know us and this really reflected in the beautiful ceremony she wrote. We had a long conversation telling her our journey together, it was such a special meeting, and a lovely break from other wedding planning allowing us time to reflect.
So many guests on the wedding day told us it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and absolutely loved hearing our story. Throughout the process Janey was kind, funny, enthusiastic and encouraging. She handled some delicate topics so well and always made us feel comfortable. We incorporated our own vows in the ceremony which she supported us with, being the final check that our words complimented each other.
Our advice to future couples: throw yourself into the process, be vulnerable, Janey will be there to guide you through the process and your ceremony will be all the more special for it.Janey Briers Celebrates's reply:

If you’re thinking of booking Jane as your celebrant then just do it!! Our ceremony, so beautifully written, was the highlight of our day.
After a great interview to chat through all her questions, Jane wrote the most amazing story for us and our guests. It was lighthearted, funny and wonderfully emotional. We were blown away by how she told our story.
Not only that but she’s the kindest, warmest person who clearly loves what she does and it showed. The comments from our guests on the day are a testament to her because they all loved it. Couldn’t recommend Jane highly enough!!!Janey Briers Celebrates's reply:

Janey was absolutely amazing and everything we were looking for in a celebrant. From our first zoom meeting she was clear with how she could help us, in explaining all the possibilities and options of what we could do with our ceremony, and her professionalism and personality made us calm and completely trust that she would be the best person for us - and we were right! Throughout the leadup to the wedding she was very responsive and helped us immensely with our vows. We loved the ceremony she wrote for us after our meeting and she was great at changing things slightly to our feedback. On the day she was fantastic, holding the room and bringing everything to the ceremony that we wanted. Would highly highly recommend.Janey Briers Celebrates's reply:

Janey was just incredible from start to finish - from the initial chat on zoom, to check we were the right 'fit' for one another - to delivering the most perfect, personal, and emotional ceremony for us - as well as everything in between. We spent a good few hours in a London pub one evening, reminiscing about how our relationship - which is actually a really lovely thing to do, it's interesting what you each remember - and Janey scribbled away furiously as we remembered, laughing, smiling, sometimes cringing throughout. And from there, the most beautiful ceremony was created. We couldn't believe the detail Janey had captured - it was amazing, there were very few tweaks required and on the day, it was delivered so beautifully. We've had so many comments from guests about how much they enjoyed hearing the story of 'us', how personal the ceremony felt, and just how lovely the whole thing was! Janey was also a great help and support with vow writing!! She's got such a sunny disposition which shone through throughout - could not recommend her highly enough!!
