I was born and brought up in Bristol and love living and working here, as an award-winning celebrant (Most Responsive Celebrant 2025, Most Unique Celebrant 2026). After many years of working as an NHS and independent therapist, I trained as a celebrant, something I had wanted to do for several years. My reasons for doing this were that it seemed a wonderful and privileged thing to be able to use my communication, empathic, organisational, presentation and writing skills to support people at emotional and pivotal times in their lives, much as I do as a therapist.

Heartfelt Ceremony specialises in the unique and individual, conducting bespoke, creative, quirky, homegrown, alternative, vintage themed, humanistic style and LGBTQIA+ ceremonies, with the two of you at the centre.
