Claire is an Independent Celebrant operating out of Warton, Lancashire, with a Diploma in Weddings and Naming Celebrancy and is a Member of the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants.

With a background in Arts and Coaching, Claire trained as a Celebrant after seeing how a ceremony could be so much more personal and memorable an experience. She works closely with each couple and family to ensure each ceremony, whether a wedding, naming, commitment or renewal, is unique and meaningful.

Based in the North West, Claire is happy to travel to perform your ceremony, or maybe there is a special or meaningful place you have chosen outside the UK where you would like the ceremony to take place. Wherever you choose, whatever inspires you, be it wacky, conventional, romantic or vintage, Claire will listen to your ideas to make sure your day is truly everything you have ever wished for. Whatever you would like to include, religious content, symbolism, vintage fun or just pure fantasy, Claire will help you to write your own personal vows, find suitable readings and poetry. It may be on a beach at sunset, a woodland walk or clearing, a beautiful home or garden setting, the choice is very much up to you and your imagination.

Claire's ceremonies are designed to be totally inclusive, whatever your needs, and she will work with you to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe. For those with specific requirements, Claire's coaching skills will support you in ways to minimise any stress or nerves ahead of your big day.
