Hello, and thank you so much for visiting the page. My name is Amy Lee, and I am a wedding celebrant based in the Western country. I've been operating since 2020, and I write and deliver glorious ceremonies which are personalised to reflect you and your relationship.
The first thing you need to know about me is that I love being a celebrant! I first realised this was what I wanted to do after my friends asked me to write and deliver their wedding ceremony a few years ago. What a joy it was! My friend arrived at the ceremony on a homemade raft with her lovely bridesmaids, pulled along by four topless men. She then disembarked onto an intimate and beautifully decorated Wye Valley beach to meet her groom, where we had a veritable (and suitably) unique love-in.
What a ceremony! I loved writing it, I loved delivering it, and I loved how much they loved it. In that moment, I knew this was what I wanted to do for other couples.
Training with Humanists UK and becoming a humanist wedding celebrant has been my best decision ever. I have had the privilege of writing and conducting ceremonies for so many wonderful couples who allow me to tell their story and their views on marriage in a way that is not personal to them.
From the minute we first meet to that glass of bubbly after the ceremony, I support all couples every step of the way to create a heartfelt and funny ceremony that they and their guests will remember forever.

Personable and perfect
Not a dry eye in the house
I had the fortune of knowing Amy for two years at school but I had not seen her for a very long time and by chance I found out that she had become a celebrant. I reached out and organised a meet up.
From the first day of her meeting my wife-to-be and re-meeting me she effortlessly dug deep into our relationship to understand what makes it work, what is Important to us and the history between us. After a couple of hours of collecting material, we parted and a week or two later she produced a beautiful narrative for the ceremony that we were able to work on together.
On the day Amy spoke beautifully and delivered a wonderful tale leaving no dry eyes in 'the house'. We also opted for handfasting which fit with my Celtic roots and was something new to a lot of the guests. The guests all commented on how wonderful and unique the ceremony was, and that was down to Amy.
I can’t thank her enough for putting into words and articulating so succinctly the journey my wife and I had made to get to that day.
