We loved working with Orchard! The food was delicious from start to finish but it was the service that stood out - from the fizz waiting for us immediately after the ceremony to the photos and video that the team took for us. They were so responsive to our changing numbers and dietary needs. Everything was so smooth and nobody went away hungry!! Top tip - you will not regret getting Mario the pizza car!! -

We used Orchard Catering for our wedding on Saturday 23rd August 2025 & have to say we had the most wonderful experience with Charlotte, Mo, and their team.
A family run, Gloucestershire based business - the service we had was nothing short of exceptional. From the minute we went to the menu tasting, we didn’t even bother going anywhere else. We knew we’d made the right choice, and I’m terms of menu flexibility it was brilliant.
We opted for the BBQ (day) and the pizza car (evening) - our guests absolutely loved it! Perfect for a warm summer’s day & even better that the BBQ food was bought to the table for people to self-serve. The portion sizes were beyond generous and overall such good value for money!
I can’t fault a single thing about Orchard and would absolutely recommend them to others in the future!

Orchard Catering were an absolute delight from start to finish. We wanted a fully vegan wedding and our venue, The Barn at Upcote, recommended Orchard for having good vegan options. We were able to tailor the menu to have bespoke dishes and they also offered fantastic alternatives for guests with specific allergies and dietary requirements. All of our guests (most of whom were not vegan themselves) absolutely raved about the food, and especially loved the Mario pizza oven in the evening. The food was above and beyond our expectations and the communication was great. We can't recommend Orchard Catering enough, especially for those that want a bit more flexibility or have specific dietary requirements. -

We had the braised beef with dauphinois potato's and carrots with strawberry cheesecake for desert and they were both incredible! Incredibly lovely professional team. Would 100% use again, worth every penny! -

We can’t recommend Orchard Catering enough! From the start, Charlotte and the team were a dream to work with — flexible, enthusiastic, and excited to create a bespoke menu. The tasting evening was brilliant and made us feel so special, and on the day, the food exceeded all expectations. The canapés were fantastic (they made sure we had eaten every type in between photos), the wedding breakfast was delicious, and they catered perfectly for all dietary needs.
The team went above and beyond — ensuring we had everything we needed, perfectly dressing the tables, helping entertain kids so parents could eat, and being so friendly with our guests, who couldn’t stop complimenting them. Even the little details, like going around with evening food and the beautiful table runners we hired, were spot on.
Orchard Catering didn’t just serve food; they helped create a joyful, memorable experience. Thank you so much, Charlotte and team, for being such a huge part of our special day!

Above & beyond
The team at orchard catering are incredible. If you’re looking for a caterer who is at the other end of the phone for any questions or flexes to suit your ever changing menu ideas (sorry!) with ease and a smile then these guys are for you. We wanted a heartwarming homely meal and eventually decided for a chilli with all the different options to go with it. It tasted amazing and looked fabulous. The team were so lovely and fun on the day - thank you! -

Orchard Catering truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and personal to us. Charlotte, our main point of contact, was amazing from the get-go, guiding us through every detail with such care, from the menu choices to accommodating changes and budget options. The tasting evening was a delightful experience, and we knew right then we were in great hands.
Rob, the brilliant chef, worked with us to create a menu that was unique and meaningful. We collaborated on salads that reminded us of a special holiday we took to Spain, and paired it with an incredible paella. It was such a fun, alternative approach to wedding food, and it left a huge impression on us and our guests. Everyone commented on how it was the best wedding food they’d ever had!
The Orchard Catering team were wonderful on the day—friendly, attentive, and ensuring that no one went hungry or thirsty. Their presence really added to the warm, relaxed atmosphere, and they even helped us craft our welcome drinks, which was a lovely, personal touch.
We couldn’t recommend Orchard Catering highly enough. They made our day so memorable, and their food and service truly elevated the whole experience! -

Orchard Catering provided an exceptional service for our wedding! The tasting beforehand was super helpful in making our menu decisions, and on the day, everything was absolutely delicious. The steak pie and pan-fried duck were particular standouts, with generous portion sizes that left everyone satisfied. The canapés were a hit too—so tasty! The team were fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly. And the pizza oven in the evening was a huge success—our guests loved it! We couldn’t have been happier with Orchard Catering and highly recommend them for any event. -

We are forever grateful that Charlotte and her team at Orchard catering were with us on our wedding day! Not only were there so many comments about the delicious and filling food (amazing portions and ALL hot food for 160 people) but also so many compliments about Charlotte and her team whose friendly and professional service made our day even more enjoyable! Their infectious smiles and positive energy were such a welcomed addition on the best day of our lives!
For a company that caters a plethora of weddings a year, they made our day seem like their priority at every step of the way; from emails and phone calls leading up to the wedding, to the gorgeous tasting, to being cheerleaders on our big day! We always felt Charlotte and the the rest of her team had all the time in the world for us and personal touches were second to none, setting all tables, making sure we had an opportunity to eat some canapés, leaving evening food (pizza) in the bridal suite and even making a personalised Instagram reel from our day using our first dance music.
We’ll always keep our fingers crossed that our paths meet again in the future as we’d love to indulge in both their food and hospitality again! -
