    Incredible Food and Service

    We were so so glad we went with Mesa Catering. They were amazingly organised and incredible with dietary requirements. The food itself was some of the best I have ever eaten! So many guests agreed. No one was left hungry and the food itself was so beautifully presented. (Photo is an example of one of our evening food plates!)
    Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. We honestly could eat your pies every night of the week!

    Just Perfect Team for a Perfect Day

    We couldn't be happier with Pieminister and the choice for our day. They were all endlessly professional and helpful in the run up to the day and on the day. They treated us and our guests so well. We went for the buffet as we wanted a casual day and it was just lovely. I can't recommend them enough - thank you so much for everything!!

    Top class wedding catering

    Katie and her team served us a delicious wedding breakfast (Pie & Mash main course) during our Bristol-based wedding in summer 2021. We originally booked our wedding for 2020, but had to rearrange due to the pandemic; Mesa's communications were excellent, and they kept us up-to-date with various changes, and they were flexible to our constantly-changing requirements. The serving team on-the-day were incredibly attentive and surpassed all of our expectations, allowing us to enjoy the day without any stress. Highly recommended :)

    From the word go Katie and the team were absolutely amazing and very communicative which is something that was lacking from a few of the other caterers we had contacted.
    When we met with Julu a couple of months before the wedding she provided us with lots of information to all of our questions and with a comprehensive plan of the day.

    On the actual day, the team went above and beyond what was expected of them and made sure that the day ran smoothly. Our guests complimented the pies on the day and are still talking about them to us! Although we didn’t taste the canapés ahead of the day as were unable to make it down to the head office but they were very tasty and our guests loved them.

    We were so happy with the service, we both hugged the manager when he came to say goodbye!

    One of the main things that impressed me was that we felt like our wedding was special and wedding it feel like we were on a conveyor belt of weddings.


    I would definitely recommend Pieminister to anyone looking for a Pie and Mash wedding.

    We cannot thank the Pieminister team enough! From our initial enquires, to the goodbyes on our wedding day the whole team were fabulous, helpful, thoughtful and produced THE most delicious menu for our wedding day.

    We had always dreamt of a festival wedding where Pies were certainly top of the list as our menu to accompany our relaxed day. There was no question too big or too small for the team to answer and they accommodated all of our guests needs perfectly. On the day the service was smooth and enjoyable, the team were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The team provided us with canapes, a 2-course dinner and service of our reception and table drinks.

    We had so many positive comments from our friends and family on the pies, we were so pleased they were enjoyed by all!

    We would not hesitate in recommending Pieminister to any friends or family who are looking for a 5star service for their wedding.

    Food was a really important part of our day and we had been aware of Pieminister from festivals and the restaurants. As a vegetarian, it was also important to me to have a top-quality veggie meal without compromising the meat eaters. From the moment, we booked Pieminister you exceeded all of our expectations. You have been so helpful throughout and went above and beyond to make our day even more special. Most of all the pies were absolutely delicious with many of our guests angling for a second.

    We just wanted to pass on our enormous thanks for everything you did for us at our wedding on Saturday. You were simply brilliant.

    All the guests commented on how good the food and the service was. We were also so grateful to you for sorting out the food service area so well- putting up sheets etc. It worked really well.

    You have been flexible and so easy to work with right from the start which is such a weight off our minds with everything else we had to sort. We're only sorry that we didn't get to speak to you very much! If we're in Bristol soon, we'll pop in for sure.

    From Faye’s very helpful and timely correspondence through to the amazing organizing and delivery by Katie and her team, our catering experience with Pieminister was thankfully completely stress-free! Pieminister were so accommodating and it was great fun to have pies and all the glorious extras at our wedding!

    As usual, the pies were simply delicious and there were lots of lovely compliments from ours guests about the lemon meringue ice cream pie dessert.

    Pieminister were so friendly and professional and went above and beyond the duties of catering manager (my Mum even caught the Katie helping to keep the toilets clean & tidy!)

    Thank you so much for all your help on the day – it really meant a lot to both of us. We are and will remain dedicated Pieminister addicts for life!

    What can I say about Pieminister? From the very first contact, the service was excellent. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. We were immediately put at ease, and felt that we were in safe hands, which indeed we were!

    Trying to organize catering for our wedding was a rather intimidating task, but Faye and Katie were always on hand to answer questions, and really worked with us to achieve exactly what we wanted, and above all, made everything easy.

    Ian and his team were fabulous on the day. Even when service had to be brought forward, there was no panic or drama, it was absolutely seamless.

    And the food? It was absolutely superb. It was so difficult to choose which pies to go for, but the taster pack certainly helped! Feedback from the guests was great, everyone was impressed, and most people wanted more! It even converted me to liking mushy peas, which is no mean feat!

    Likewise, the desserts impressed all round, with more than one comment that the cheesecake was the best ever tasted, and the presentation was beautiful.

    We’re so glad we chose Pieminister. On top of the best pies we’ve ever tried, they really did take all the stress out of the organization too.

    We can't recommend Pieminister enough as a wedding caterer. Katie, Hannah and the team took so much stress out of the day for us both in the early planning stages and on the day of the wedding itself. The event staff were incredibly self-sufficient and ensured everyone's needs were met all day while allowing people to chat. They did lots of extra jobs for us not related to the catering package that we had asked for - offering to cut up our wedding cake, serve reception drinks and break down tables for dancing. We had so many compliments on the delicious food and how nice it was to feel full at a wedding!
    Thank you all so so much for being so great.
