Absolutely Fantastic!

You were absolutely fantastic and we’re really appreciative of how hard you worked for us. The desserts were beautiful and so many of the guests commented on them.

If I ever have cause to organise an event you will be first on my list!

The best coffee & gelato cart there is!

We can’t thank Blair enough for taking the time to create a luxurious bespoke package for our wedding day! We were struggling to find a gelato & coffee experience for our special day as my now-husband’s family and friends were coming over from Italy, so we really wanted to make our wedding representative of our heritages and cultures. We stumbled across the wonderful Blair and her page on Hitched. When I enquired with her and she was available, we were over the moon. Together we curated a list of 6 flavours, created bespoke wafers and personalised hot/cold cups for the day - all the little details that I love she delivered. She even sent us a mock up of how she would embellish her set up for us to reflect our wedding decor, which fitted in perfectly! Blair was kind enough to post out samples of the gelato and coffee so that we could taste beforehand. I got swept up on the day so didn’t even get to say hi personally to the lovely lady who our guests were going back to for seconds, but this was also because I had complete trust in Blair - so even when I didn’t get the chance to go over to see her in action, our guests did and were singing her praises days after the event. My maid of honour did grab me my personal favourite, Belgian Chocolate gelato, which my husband and I managed to enjoy together in between the congratulations, photos and videos! Blair also kindly kept some wafers & cups to the side as keepsakes for me which were safely delivered to me by my bridesmaids and we will cherish them forever

Mel and Tom's Wedding 16th May 2026 x

Koffee and Kream was a super choice for Mel and Tom's wedding! The service from both Vikla and Bea was friendly, organised and professional and the gelato cart looked beautiful. Although the weather was a little unpredictable all guests young and old enjoyed their unique dessert offering.
The personalised wafer biscuits added a lovely touch! ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful finish to our meal. X

Nothing was too much trouble

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and the whole process felt completely seamless. After speaking to a few other vendors who were either inflexible or significantly overpriced, it was such a relief to find someone so professional, accommodating and easy to deal with.

Nothing was too much trouble, timings were handled with complete flexibility, and we felt confident from day one that we had chosen the right vendor for our event.

On the day itself, everything was perfect. The desserts were absolutely beautiful and so many of our guests commented on them — they were a real talking point! The service was friendly, personable and ran so smoothly.

Nearly a year on, we’re still reflecting on how special the day was and how grateful we are for the role you played in making it such a success. We truly couldn’t recommend you more highly.

Highlight of the Night!

We can’t believe how quickly the day flew by — it already feels like so long ago! 😫

Everyone was absolutely amazed by all the goodies. It was honestly the highlight of the night — thank you so much 💗

The whole setup looked incredible and the service was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was.

We’re still waiting on our wedding photos, but we’ll be sending the photos of the cart and some action shots across soon — you can absolutely use them for the website ☺️

Absolutely Incredible

We hired Koffee & Kream for our wedding, they were absolutely incredible and great value for money - if you’re looking for something like this then choose these guys, you wont regret it!

If I could leave more stars then I would, absolutely incredible service and the value for money in particular is astounding for what we received.

Cannot recommend enough, thanks for being such a great part of our big day!
