That’s a direct quote from one of our wedding guests (my cousin) and comments like this were flowing among the rest of the guests. Fair to say the pizza was a HIT!
Fabionis catered the main meal of our wedding and we cannot sing enough praises for the whole team. They are so friendly and thoughtful and added some special extra touches to our day.
And the pizza? My goodness… the pizza. My cousins words say it all. I will be campaigning for them to add my “bride’s choice” pizza to their permanent menu so I can visit the van for my dream pizza again!
In addition to all of that, they were brilliantly organised and responsive during the planning stages.
We love you guys! Thank you so much for everything 🥰
Would reccomend without a doubt. We’re already trying to think up another excuse to hire you again 🤣 -

We are so grateful that we hired Fabioni's for our big day. Communication throughout the whole process was clear, quick and helpful. They were incredibly accommodating in making my favourite cocktail which went down a treat with our guests. Pizzas were delicious and the service from the team was second to none. Proactive, friendly and incredibly hardworking.

We were super lucky as Fabionis are local to us, so we were able to try their delicious pizzas for ourselves before committing to booking.
We had a DIY wedding on our smallholding, which can be tricky to find, but on the evening, they turned up exactly on time, got everything prepared and set up, and suddenly - pizzas were ready! (I actually wasn’t aware they’d turned up, they were so discrete and efficient). It was awesome to see our guests enjoying easy, tidy, handheld food for the evening, and we had lots of positive feedback on the welcomed arrival of the pizza van.
A very easy “yes”, and one we’d book again! Hope to see them around Gloucestershire again soon! -

Incredible pizza and service
We hired fabionis for our wedding in October for the evening catering. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism and quality of service but most of all their pizzas. Every single guest was blown away by how tasty they were. It was excellent value for money and we will be recommending to anybody who is looking for a Woodfired pizza van for any future events. 10/10 highly recommend 😊

The Fabioni team were excellent from first contact, their communication and service were fantastic. A really friendly team who made the process super easy. Letting me customise the pizza choices being served with no issues. The pizza itself was delicious and the team had no problems adapting the plan when the weather caused us to change where they would set up. Would highly recommend them! They even left us a congratulations card which shows the lovely nature of their business. Thank you so much for all your hard work in our special day. -

Everything went right from the start with Fabioni's. We talked on the phone several times before the big day and each time they completely put our minds at ease and made us feel like they really cared for us and our big day. We planned out all the details and on the day it all went off without a hitch. The guests loved the pizzas and the side dishes too. There was enough for everyone and everyone was catered for including our guests with allergies and gluten/lactose intolerances. I would genuinely re-hire these guys without a doubt to do any future event. Bravo team Fabionis! -
