5 stars across the board!
We hired Saffron as the caterers for our wedding in August and they were exceptional! From the tasting last year (when Gareth spoilt us with a wide range of delicious canapés, starters, mains & desserts) to Dawn’s speedy & helpful communication (about everything from napkin colours to wine pairing) right up to Carla’s seamless service on the day (involving a special birthday dessert for my Dad) we could not recommend them more highly! 5 stars across the board!We hired Saffron as the caterers for our wedding in August and they were exceptional! From the tasting last year (when Gareth spoilt us with a wide range of delicious canapés, starters, mains & desserts) to Dawn’s speedy & helpful communication (about everything from napkin colours to wine pairing) right up to Carla’s seamless service on the day (involving a special birthday dessert for my Dad) we could not recommend them more highly! 5 stars across the board! -

Fantastic!
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our day possible. You guys were absolutely amazing from the start. To promptly contacting us, listening to our needs and coming up with a workable, affordable and cracking menu with a personal touch. Topped off with high quality superb cooking and an efficient, smooth tidy up. With delightful staff, a professional and friendly service and quick responses the main part of our day was really taken care of. We loved our tasting too and that put us in no doubt that we were going to have a smashing wedding dinner. Thank you so much!

A wonderful, personal service
We used Saffron caterers for our wedding at Grove House last weekend and were absolutely delighted to be in the safe hands of Kelly, Gareth and the team. We knew they were the right choice from the very first time we met them at our tasting last year and ever since they have been efficient, friendly and gone way above and beyond - nothing is too much to ask. We had the most amazing day in glorious sunshine and so many of the guests have commented on the organisation of the day, the quality of the canapes and food and the efficiency of all the waiting staff - a huge thank you to Kelly for all her hard work in coordinating the day and making the Portrait Room look so beautiful. We would recommend them to other couples looking for caterers without any reservation - you will be given a first class service from start to finish. Amazing food, amazing team
We had the pleasure of having Saffron Catering 'host' our wedding breakfast in August, and what an amazing job! From the very beginning with a tasting evening and plate adaptations, to prepping our rustic farm venue, to delivering knock-out courses in the middle of a field - the whole team were professional and fun. The food was outstanding and really made our day. We have had so many of our friends and family comment on the food, they really delivered for all dietary requirements and surpassed our (high) expectations. So lovely to work with. Couldn't ask for better caterers!
Saffron Caterers were fantastic caterers to work with, and made our big day very special! We loved the tailor-made menu - and the chef was great at coming up with delicious, original vegetarian ideas that perfectly suited our tastes even when we weren't quite sure what we wanted! All our guests commented on how lovely the food was.
They helped and guided us throughout the process, and were brilliant on the day in making sure everything ran smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. We wanted to say a massive thank you to Kelly, Gareth and the rest of the Saffron Caterers team for helping to make our wedding day an amazing one! We really appreciated how much work Kelly personally put in to ensure the day run smoothly and to make sure we were happy with everything. The rest of the staff were also fantastic, being very attentive and providing a great sevice all round - so many of our guests have also commented on this too as well as the very tasty wedding breakfast and evening food provided which catered to everyone's requirements! Amazing caterers and events planning
Rebecca and I got married in July 2018 at Capel Manor College. Kelly of Saffron took us to Capel as one of her suggested venues that suited what we were looking for. Kelly expertly guided us through the wedding planning journey and gave us the best day of our lives. She organised quotes for the venue, marquees and tipis and also various options on the food. We made our decisions, tipis and BBQ food and we booked our big day. We had a taster session and Saffron’s off-site kitchens which was superb. On the day Kelly had a great team with her to set everything up and the day went like clockwork with Kelly calmly sorting everything and not needing to trouble us with anything at all. The whole way through the process she was very flexible and supportive and we couldn’t have done it without her! Kelly, thank you also for all your patience, advice, and encouragement while we were planning the wedding. The food was utterly delicious and beautifully presented, everything was so well organised, the staff were brilliant, and we felt completely relaxed knowing everything was in your care - and you looked gorgeous!

What can I say. You are an absolute star!
You worked so hard to make Rachel and Liam's wedding day such a wonderful occasion and we truly appreciate everything you did. You were so friendly, supportive and reassuring in the lead up to the wedding and, on the day itself, your tireless work made it an occasion that we will all remember with nothing but joy and happiness. You worked so hard with Danielle to make sure that we had nothing to worry about on the day, and to make everything perfect, and I can't thank you enough for your help, advice, professionalism, and tireless work.
When we first met Kelly and Gareth for the food tasting, we knew immediately that Saffron would be the right choice for Rachel and Liam's wedding; the food was amazing and we knew that the Saffron team would do a great job. Your management of the event and the catering arrangements fulfilled our expectations and more. I have been involved with a fair bit of event organisation in my professional life, and I can honestly say that I have never come across anyone who has put so much into an event as you did on Saturday. We are all so grateful to you.
Please also pass on our thanks to the rest of the Saffron team, they were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with the constant stream of requests from me, and from our guests, with such patience and good humour.
