Saffron Caterers were one of the very first suppliers we booked for our garden wedding, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Hosting the celebration in the groom’s parents’ back garden meant we had some unique challenges and only a rough idea of how the day might come together. From our very first conversation with Dawn, everything started to feel clearer and more manageable. She guided us through what was possible, suggested creative solutions, and always kept our budget and venue limitations in mind.
On the day itself, Dawn and her team were incredible. They arrived promptly, seamlessly set up in an unfamiliar space, and created the most delicious food that our guests are still talking about! Beyond just the catering, Dawn made sure the wedding breakfast looked beautiful, paying attention to all the little details we had discussed in the lead-up.
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, supportive, and talented team. Dawn and Saffron Caterers not only delivered amazing food but also helped make our day run smoothly and feel truly special. In terms of the planning, Gareth, Dawn and Angie were really accommodating and very organised. They made sure we were absolutely happy with all of the food options we selected, and had no hesitation in making the necessary arrangements where we had specific requests.
On the day, Angie was a really reassuring presence. She and her team looked after us and our guests so well, and set everything up beautifully. We got particular compliments on the standard of service and the quality of the canapés (especially the pork belly bites!).

October London wedding - 2024
A huge thank you to Dawn, Gareth, Carla and the rest of the Saffron Catering team. We chose Saffron Caterers for our wedding in London in October. We were impressed by the incredible food they offered- our menu tasting with Gareth was one of the best parts of wedding planning! His wealth of knowledge and kind approach made the company an obvious choice. There was a huge range of food to choose from and we struggled to narrow it down to our favourites! We still have people mentioning how brilliant the food was, several months later!
Dawn’s support throughout the entire planning process was invaluable. She made everything run smoothly - I really can’t imagine how much more difficult the process would have been without her! She is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend Dawn and Gareth to anyone getting married in London. Dawn’s attention to detail meant everything was covered and discussed in advance. Together, they are an incredible team.
Meeting with Carla and Dawn shortly before the wedding was a huge help. We knew the day would run smoothly with their coordination and helped those final few days of wedding planning feeling a lot less stressful! Carla was excellent in coordinating the day.
We are extremely grateful for Saffron Caterers and would highly recommend to anyone!
