October London wedding - 2024
A huge thank you to Dawn, Gareth, Carla and the rest of the Saffron Catering team. We chose Saffron Caterers for our wedding in London in October. We were impressed by the incredible food they offered- our menu tasting with Gareth was one of the best parts of wedding planning! His wealth of knowledge and kind approach made the company an obvious choice. There was a huge range of food to choose from and we struggled to narrow it down to our favourites! We still have people mentioning how brilliant the food was, several months later!
Dawn’s support throughout the entire planning process was invaluable. She made everything run smoothly - I really can’t imagine how much more difficult the process would have been without her! She is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend Dawn and Gareth to anyone getting married in London. Dawn’s attention to detail meant everything was covered and discussed in advance. Together, they are an incredible team.
Meeting with Carla and Dawn shortly before the wedding was a huge help. We knew the day would run smoothly with their coordination and helped those final few days of wedding planning feeling a lot less stressful! Carla was excellent in coordinating the day.
We are extremely grateful for Saffron Caterers and would highly recommend to anyone!

A huge thank you to Dawn, Gareth, Angie, and the whole Saffron team for making our wedding so amazing! They absolutely nailed everything we dreamed of and more.
We asked for a Japanese/British fusion menu—something they hadn’t done before—and they blew us (and our guests) away with how delicious and creative the food was. Seriously, people are still talking about it!
Angie was an absolute gem, making sure I had enough to eat, stayed hydrated, and just generally kept the good vibes going. Guests kept telling me how lovely and helpful she was, which made the day even better.
Choosing Saffron was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. They don’t just serve incredible food—they genuinely care about bringing your vision to life and making sure everything feels just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Gareth and the team were so lovely to be around and we felt so comfortable when we did our tasting. Gareth listened to our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The only major problem was choosing what to go for as everything we tried was amazing!
The food was so good all I could think about was what other event than our wedding could we use Saffron for if we had to eliminate some dishes!

Dawn, Gareth, Angie, and the rest of the Saffron team did an amazing job catering my wedding. All the guests were well fed, the canapes came piping hot and were a hit, the wedding breakfast was fabulous and I even had a guest tell me they tried to recreate their main course! The evening food was also fantastic and went down a treat, and generally the service was so smooth and made the day a real success! I had a few specific service requests which they were easily able to accommodate, and they were great with all the guest dietary requirements and allergies.Saffron Caterers's reply:
