R5 Executive Travel provides wedding cars across Manchester, Cheshire and the North West. We're a family-run chauffeur service, founded in 2022 by Louis and Geoff Herbert, and we can cover the whole day or a single journey.

The car you arrive in
A Range Rover Autobiography for the bride's arrival and the couple's transfer to the reception, set up for two with a third seat when needed. We clean and detail it inside and out on the morning of the wedding and fit ribbons in your colour. Your chauffeur arrives in uniform.

The photographs
Tell us your photographer's plan. We agree the arrival, where the car stops and the photograph at the door in advance. Your chauffeur steps out of frame for the kerbside shots and comes back to open the door.

Everyone else
A Mercedes V-Class takes bridesmaids and family, up to seven passengers. At the end of the night our eight-seat Monaco Sprinter takes guests from the venue to their hotels. That helps at country-house weddings, where private transport is hard to arrange after midnight.

The whole day, if you want it
The groom and best man to the ceremony, the bridal collection from the family home, the bridesmaids in the car behind, the couple to the reception, late guest runs, and the airport transfer the next morning with the ribbons off.

How booking works
Send us the date and the route, and we'll confirm a fixed fare in writing. We may ask for a deposit to secure the date, and it comes off the final balance. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding, and you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before.
