Fabulous limousine! Such a great addition to our day made it feel so special

We had the fabulous Bugsy limousine, I wanted a way to be able to travel to our ceremony with the most important people in my life and the Bugsy made that possible, Mike really went above and beyond he was so helpful he made our day that bit more special! can’t thank you enough, I want to do it again!

Brilliant car and great service

We hired Betsy for my daughter's wedding in March to pick up from our house, drive to the church and then on to the wedding reception at Knebworth Barns. The car was perfect for the occasion, the chauffeur was friendly and helpful, and the newly weds really appreciated the service and the champagne en route! Great value from an excellent local company!

Booked Gracey for our day

It took us a little while to find our transport for the big day, but booking Gracey through MC Wedding Cars was a brilliant decision. The car was stylish, efficient, and smart for our wedding. The flexibility was truly helpful: Gracey first took all the bridesmaids to the ceremony venue, and then was adjusted to take just us back to our reception.
The driver was exceptionally polite and drove safely on the roads, which is impressive considering how old and elegant the car is. We were able to get some photos taken and there was absolutely no rush on timings. We really appreciate how flexible they were with our schedule; that relaxed approach helped to keep the day running smoothly and calm.
We highly recommend MC Wedding Cars for a classy and stress free journey on your wedding day.

A wonderful trip with Ruby

The experience with MC wedding cars was great with a really friendly team who went out of their way to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Our driver took us on a lovely route with Ruby after the ceremony as we enjoyed our bottle of prosecco. We would recommend them to anyone else looking for a professional and friendly experience on their wedding day.

Fantastic and very accommodating wedding transport service

From the very first point of contact, Mike was so easy to deal with. He listened to our needs in terms of transport for guests, showed us his fleet of cars, and went out of his way to accommodate everything we requested. He was polite and punctual, and we are so very glad we used MC Wedding Cars on our special day. Thank you for the top notch service!

5 star service all the way

I changed my choices and thay were able to accommodate me. They were friendly and welcoming which put this nervous bride at ease. They are also affordable.
My mum used them for her wedding and I had to have them for mine !

Mike was an absolute dream from start to finish, starting with a phone call to speak about our day and personalising the use of the car around our day, Mike made sure myself, my parents and bridesmaids arrived on time, he stayed until after the ceremony and took me and my husband for a drive in the car after, he gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate and to have a moment to ourselves. We then had photos with the car and mike was so helpful with placing us and my dress.
Also the car was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for being apart of our special day!

Car didn’t turn up

Almost ruined the day! Absolutely unbelievable- the car we booked never arrived.
The car was due at 11.40 to get us at the venue for 12.30
We rang at 11.45 to see where they were. The call went onto voicemail.
We were called back at 11.53 to be informed the car wasn’t working and they would be at least another 30 minutes before they could get to us.
Seeing then it would be another 40 minute drive this would mean missing our wedding!
They texted us at 12.14 with apologies and expecting us to find and book a taxi for us and our guests to get us there.
Therefore our guests had to drive and get us to the ceremony- which we were late for, thanks to this company.
Knowing there was a problem with the car- wouldn’t you think they would get one of their other cars out or let us know sooner instead of not bothering to inform us?
The response- I understand your frustration.
So, if you want your big day ruined then go ahead and use them, but my advice- they don’t deserve any business.

As per our correspondence following the wedding, I can only apologise unreservedly for the problems you encountered. I should have contacted you as soon as the issue with the car was brought to my attention so that you were aware sooner of any possible issues. Not doing so was a serious oversight on my part. As the owner of a small business I am extremely upset that the service offered did not meet the high standards I have set for my business.The issues raised in this instance have been identified and measures taken to ensure this never happens again. In the 6 years I have owned this business I have striven to provide an excellent service to many couples and I am so sorry that you had to experience these problems on your special day. I am truly sorry for any upset caused.

Fantastic service highly recommended

After contacting Mike about the cars for our wedding nothing was too much trouble and he responded in a very timely fashion, his drivers were brilliant very friendly and very safe drivers and the little touches like champagne were very well received we highly recommend Mike and his fantastic team.

Fantastic, highly recommend.

Most amazing cars for our wedding. The cars were immaculate and pristine and could not fault them one bit. They were on time, smooth journey and the drivers were so polite and excellent.

Over the moon with this choice for our wedding party!!
