They have worked with local suppliers who keep them provided with a constant supply of wonderfully high quality ingredients.
When she was a child in the North of France, Séverine baked with her Grandmother and was brought up in the great tradition of pâtisserie with incredibly high standards. Moving to Newcastle was being in home from home, starting her wedding cake business in 2013 to great success.
