6 weeks before my wedding Liliana gave me a dress that looked like a nightmare. I ordered a ready made dress from Amsterdam. My contract was made accordingly. Liliana did not give me my money back, she told me “CUT THE CRAP” A week later La Novia sent me this fake dress. Witch I said please don’t send it to me as it wasn’t the dress I ordered. 5 weeks until the wedding and I have nothing to wear. I lost 3 dress sizes due to stress. I can’t believe someone would do this to a bride whose wedding is in 5 weeks. I would never recommend La Novia to anyone -

I was beyond thrilled with not only the quality of the dress but of the overall experience working with the fairy godmothers at La Novia. I came into my first appointment with not a clue in the world as to what I wanted. The ladies instantly put me at ease and made that first encounter one of the most exciting and fun-filled days of my life. We tried on so many different dresses to get a feel of what I would be comfortable in until we settled on a gorgeous sleeveless ballgown. I had wanted a dress with sleeves as I was getting married in the autumn, and Liliana and Marianna came to the rescue, introducing me to the concept of the bolero. I fell in love. I had found my dress. Over the course of the next few months, the lovely and talented ladies made my vision come to life. Every day spent with them was magical.
The quality of the dress was exceptional – it added such a stunning touch to our day, and we received so many compliments from our guests!
The ladies took the time to understand my vision and delivered it perfectly, ensuring everything was exactly as we had hoped (if not better!).
I cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you again to Liliana and the La Novia team for everything – you were a huge part of making our day unforgettable! -

I had the most wonderful experience buying my wedding dress from La Novia! All the women in the store were so helpful each time I went in; trying on multiple, narrowing down, coming back of couple of times to be sure, and then fitting and collecting! They were so patient, complimentary and so excited for me which made the whole experience even more special. My dress was absolutely stunning and I had so many complements. From morning until night, and in Scottish weather, it still looked pristine by the end of the night! Thank you so much, La Novia! -

From the moment I walked into La Novia my wedding dress picking experience was second to none. The alterations made to the dress to make it bespoke was better than I could ever of wished for. The dress was stunning and so comfy. Thank you -

Amazing experience getting my dream wedding dress
Wow what can I say! Liliana and team were absolutely amazing throughout my whole journey. They created my dream dress and really made sure every detail was perfect. The service was incredible and nothing was a bother. I got so many compliments on how gorgeous my dress was and I really did feel amazing in it. -

Thanks to all the team at La Novia for the help in designing and creating my dream dress.
As soon as I tried this style of dress on, no other dress compared. During my second visit, we worked together to design a dress which was perfect. This resulted in a split being added, full length detachable sleeves and a square neck line…. So in actual fact not quite the original one tried on.
Nothing was too much hassle and the custom design was something which appeared to come together effortlessly. Along with the veil from La Novia and the final touches of hair, make up, jewellery, shoes I knew this dress was the one when I put it on again on my wedding morning. Absolutely amazing and being able to take the sleeves off allowed for a minimal but nonetheless an alternative evening change!
