Excellent store, amazing customer service ❤️
Hi, I just want to give a big shoutout to the team at wed4less Stockport store for helping me find my dream dress! I purchased the ‘Aston’ dress in October 2024 and added some sleeves to it! Myself and my husband Ste have just got married October 18th 2025 and it was the most perfect day, I literally felt like a princess in my dress! 🩷 Thank you so much wed4les for making me feel so beautiful xx -

I purchased my dress from wed4less in Stockport October 2024. This was my third visit to the shop. The staff were brilliant and let you try on as many dresses as you wanted to. I didn’t feel like I was under pressure to make a purchase at any point.
My dress was ready to collect in March.
Just one thing to note they do not let you take pictures in the dresses prior to purchasing so you can’t look back and compare if you feel you want to try others in other shops before making your decision. You have the option to pay half the money up front and the other half when your dress is delivered to store which gives you a bit more time to pay for your dress in full.
Overall a really positive experience -

Awful experience at Stockport branch. Starting off with being left outside to wait in the cold as they didn’t want to answer the buzzer and then being told off for entering the shop when a customer let us in. Data protection breach of other people’s personal info written on scrap paper, scattered on a table. After waiting 1 hr 45 mins, got called by a different name and was only allowed to try on 4 dresses. Customer service was abysmal, directly bad mouthing the dresses and the company. Informed the assistant of my size and was told to up 2 sizes as they are not made well, the dresses of course did not fit! There were various other incidents we were absolutely shocked at which I won’t mention here as it should be dealt with by management. Not a pleasant experience here at all. -

Had a great time dress shopping this morning and found the dress for my wedding (first shop for dress shopping too). Michela was helping me and was so lovely and amazing. Looking forward to collecting it in a few months time
We went for around 9:30am on a Saturday morning and it was nice and quiet -

Staff at the Manchester store very rude ended up walking out and still buying online which I regretted soon as they arrived , poor quality for the price of bridesmaids dresses -

Great service to be able to walk away with my dress the same day. It was quite busy but staff were as attentive as possible given this. Price was OK, managed to get a discount on a veil with my dress so this did save us some money. Happy with my dress and they recommended some tailors also.
