  Fab experience!

  Had a great time dress shopping this morning and found the dress for my wedding (first shop for dress shopping too). Michela was helping me and was so lovely and amazing. Looking forward to collecting it in a few months time

  Amazing dresses amazing girls!!

  I went here originally at the beginning of my dress journey and tried a few dresses on! Ally was very good! She was lovely to work with and so patient and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I tried on a dress I fell in love with but wasn't quite right. She took the time to go through the options with me and let me know if I ordered it how I wanted the time frame I was looking at and wrote it all down for me. A few shops later and I was back!! This time with the lovely Ashley who was amazing too! She was there to help me try the dress on again and one with the colour scheme I wanted. She made sure I ordered the correct dress in the correct colour. No other shop gave quite the same customer service experience And for an "outlet" there is really no comparison. I would highly highly reccommend trying this place. I have done a custom order but the dresses they have are amazing and so so much choice! Thank you girls I never thought I would find my dress but now I can't wait for my day! ❤️❤️

  Good experience

  Great service to be able to walk away with my dress the same day. It was quite busy but staff were as attentive as possible given this. Price was OK, managed to get a discount on a veil with my dress so this did save us some money. Happy with my dress and they recommended some tailors also.

  Poor customer service

  Staff at the Manchester store very rude ended up walking out and still buying online which I regretted soon as they arrived , poor quality for the price of bridesmaids dresses

  Very reasonable priced dresses loads of choice

  I was recommended this place. Don’t be put off by the exterior, and dont expect a boutique interior either. However there are hundreds of reasonably priced dresses to choose from and the staff are very helpful.. I bought my bridesmaid dress from here also. Would definitely recommend.

  All the girls were so lovely. My sister left very happy and with a dress she’s in love with. Thank you for making her feel like a bride! We were helped by all staff but one member said she loved ball gown style dresses so was perfect for my sister when we showed her a photo of the dress she previously liked she instantly knew what dress to show my sister and this is the one she took home!

  Bought my wedding dress (Melissa) from the Stockport branch a few months back. I picked three dresses, two tea dress style (that's what I thought I wanted however looked like I was wearing a tea cosy) and one ballgown dress. This was the first place I visited and as I thought the ballgown wouldn't be my cup of tea tried it on first. It was love at first sight! The dress was absolutely stunning (and all the wedding guests agreed!) and although more than I budgeted it was certainly the one and I had to have it! The staff were really friendly and made me feel really welcome and at ease. Also got my tiara and Vail to match the dress. The size was great everywhere apart from being a little large on my shoulders but that was easily altered although I didn't use a seamstress on the recommended list provided by the store. Loved that there were no fuss and I could take the dress the same day. Would highly recommend.
