I felt so good!

Amazing service

Started great
Booked in 2020 and was happy with how everything started. My wedding was delayed a year so didn’t get married until April 2022, this was sorted no problem.
Problems came when I tried to book in my trial, I messaged in jan to get a date sorted. I kept having to email and call as I still didn’t get a date. Finally got a date, a week before my wedding! They also had to ask a makeup artist outside the business to do the work for me, which if I had gone direct to her would have been half the price. I wasn’t happy with the makeup element so changed my booking and it took about 2 weeks to get a refund

Awful experience
I booked bring me beauty back in February 2021 for my wedding in august 2022. 6 weeks before my wedding I contacted them to confirm my bridal parties make up trial and they tell me they have no one available and would refund me my deposit back. 2 weeks later still no refund received, messages and emails being ignored. Not point phoning the telephone number and no one ever answers.
Don’t book with them as you’ll be disappointed. -
