Julia is friendly and professional! At the Hornington Manor venue in Yorkshire, she made me look the best I’ve ever looked and tailored the make up to my requested inspired looks. She was a perfectionist on the wedding day and made sure every detail was considered. Julia is an expert in mature skin and made the mother and mother in law turn back time, they looked classy and fresh faced. She also made sure my young niece looked her age and beautiful. The make up lasted all day for all of us without being heavily applied. Excellent choice. -

Julia did mine, my bridesmaids and my Mums makeup for my wedding. From booking to the trial, all the way through the day she was fantastic. I don't often wear much makeup and was a bit apprehensive. But Julia made me feel completely at ease, we worked through a look at my trial, then looked at photos afterwards and she suggested adjustments to elevate it to Bride level for the day and I was so so happy with it. She has a wonderful, kind, calm demeanour and all my ladies loved their makeup looks (none of us are big makeup wearers at all!). She also does makeup lessons which I will definitely be booking! 10/10 would recommend. -

From seeing her work on Instagram, I knew I wanted Julia to do my wedding make up from day 1! I met with her for a trial before the wedding, where we went through what I would like and then got to work, working step by step to create my perfect look. On the day, she was brilliant, making me look my best but also my bridesmaids and most importantly my mum, who doesn't typically wear make up. Thanks so much Julia for being such a big part of my bridal parties day! -

Julia made me feel at ease during my wedding trial, and has such a relaxed and calming manner! Myself and my bridesmaids loved our make up on the day (and it lasted all day, despite the episodes of rain we had!). We used Lyndsay for our hair through Julia who was just as brilliant. Would definitely recommend! -

I had the absolute pleasure of having Julia Jeckell as my wedding makeup artist, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Julia did an exceptional job with not only my makeup but also the makeup for my bridesmaids. She truly brought my vision to life, creating an elegant and beautiful look that was exactly what I had imagined. It was the perfect balance - not too over the top, just perfect.
Julia's professionalism was outstanding. She was punctual and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. Leading up to the big day, she took the time to discuss various options and went through all the Pinterest ideas I had collected. Her attention to detail and willingness to understand my preferences made the whole process even more enjoyable.
One of the things I appreciated most about Julia was her wide range of high-end products. She had an impressive selection that included renowned brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Armani, and Laura Mercier. Additionally, she also used mainstream products, which allowed me to purchase my own for touch-ups if needed. This level of flexibility and consideration really impressed me.
To top it all off, Julia also offered lash enhancements, which was an excellent addition to her services. It enhanced the overall look and added that extra touch of glamour that made me feel like a true bride.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Julia Jeckell enough. Her talent, professionalism, and use of top-quality products truly made my wedding day even more special. We got married 15/09/2022 and I was recommended Julia by our photographers, I was looking for someone who did the natural look but done look and she 100% gave me that look. My make up was incredible it stayed on the entire day and through a lot of tears. My bridesmaid, mum and auntie all looked incredible. Julia is so lovely and works very closely with the bride in order to achieve the best makeup look. Julia is so sweet and professional, helped calm the nerves on the big day. Would highly recommend. Amazing bridal and bridesmaid make up!
Julia did my make up for my wedding day and also did my bridal party of 10! Julia was amazing, I loved my make up throughout the day and it made me feel really confident! I've never been able to do my make up like Julia did it. Julia was so helpful at my trial, she introduced me to new make up I hadn't used before and I'll be using that now even after the wedding! Julia was so lovely and professional and kept me really calm on the morning. I'm so glad I booked Julia and would highly recommend her for your wedding! Love, Serena x -
