Sophie did the most fantastic job on my wedding make-up she was amazing from start to finish with the trial and the day. She made everybody look so great and really listened to what they wanted. She went the extra mile on everything and was so responsive, even down to helping me source some lipsticks as a gift for the bridesmaids. Could recommend anyone better and will defo be using her again for any event i am going to!

Wow—Sophie! What can I say? I hadn’t originally booked a makeup artist because I’m quite fussy, and after a few trials I still hadn’t found the right fit. But when someone recommended Sophie to me via Instagram, everything suddenly became clear—she was meant to be my makeup artist.

She is truly phenomenal, and I couldn’t have asked for better. She travelled to my home for the trial, and from the moment she arrived it felt like chatting with an old friend. We talked through all my options in detail—what I had liked and disliked from previous trials—and she guided me through every single step of the process with such care and expertise.

After the trial, communication with Sophie was flawless. There was absolutely no pressure to confirm a booking, which I really appreciated. Instead, we had open and honest conversations about how the makeup wore throughout the day (for the record, it lasted perfectly all day long!).

Of course, I went on to book Sophie for my wedding at the end of March 2026—and I’m so glad I did. She travelled to the venue on the day, arrived right on time, and set up quickly. Her entire kit was professional, spotless, and beautifully organised.

For the wedding, I had makeup booked for myself as the bride, my mum, my maid of honour, and my 10-year-old bridesmaid—who had just a touch of powder and a bit of glitter. I had originally also booked for the mother of the groom, but needed to make a change, and Sophie handled this with no issue at all.

On the day itself Sophie stuck to the schedule she had emailed me in advance and listened to everything each one of my beautiful bridal team needed. Sophie went above and, along with my hairdresser was truly a key part of my wedding preparations. My third and final bridesmaid was 18 years old at the time of the wedding and had chosen to do her own makeup, however after struggling to source her own faux lashes Sophie stepped right in and even added these for her too! I honestly cannot recommend her enough and have even enquired with her to book her for an event I am attending in the summer. I have truly found my "makeup lady" in Sophie and I look forward to chatting away with her before all big events of life - because I know I will be booking with her again!

Absolutely amazing make-up artist. She made me and my bridal party look and feel incredible. Sophie fitted right in and literally felt like the extra bridesmaid in the room. Can’t begin to tell you how talented and lovely she is. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be having Sophie again and again!!

Sophie is not only a talented make up artist but is also extremely lovely and so easy to work with!
