From the very first message, Lisa was amazing. She is friendly, accommodating and supportive through every step of the process. Lisa did the make up for myself and my daughter and explained every product she used, explored our expectations and we came up with a plan for a look that worked for both of us.
I simply cannot find a single thing to fault, and on the wedding day, it felt I had an extra friend who was just happening to do the makeup for me.
I wish I could do it all again, just so I could meet Lisa all over again!!Lisa Power Makeup's reply:

I had never met Lisa before the day of my son’s wedding but she put me at ease right from the moment I met her. As a lady of a certain age I didn’t want a heavy makeup but more of a natural makeup but definitely a special occasion makeup. Lisa gave me a beautiful makeup base with gorgeous eyes and lips to compliment my outfit. I was extremely impressed with my finished look and I would recommend Lisa not just for her wonderful makeup but for the whole experience. Thank you Lisa xxLisa Power Makeup's reply:

Making me glow on my special day
I can’t thank Lisa enough for the amazing job she did with my makeup and my bridesmaids’ on my wedding day. From the moment we first spoke, she was kind, professional, and completely reassuring. She did a makeup trial with me a few months before the big day, which made such a difference. It gave us time to try out a few ideas, find the perfect look, and make sure I felt 100% comfortable with everything. So when the wedding day came, everything was easy, calm, and already planned out.
On the morning of the wedding, she arrived on time, kept to the schedule, and created a relaxed and fun atmosphere while getting everyone ready. She worked her magic on each of my bridesmaids, making sure everyone looked and felt their best, while still letting each person’s style and personality shine through. My makeup was flawless and lasted all day and night — through tears, dancing, and everything in between. I honestly felt the most beautiful I ever have.
If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly skilled but also organised, reliable, and genuinely lovely to be around on such a special day, I couldn’t recommend Lisa more!

Make Up Confidence
After our fabulous Make Up Trial I had absolute confidence my make up would be one less thing to worry about on The Day - and I was right! We have a lovely evening and, after a chat about what level of make up I would feel comfortable with, we experimented with some different “looks”. On The Day Lisa was prompt, professional and her calm approach was infectious!
I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa for your wedding make up, or any other big event make up for that matter.

It was so lovely having Lisa do my makeup on my wedding morning. Her approach is very much so focusing on what you want to achieve as a bride and bringing out your natural beauty. On top of that, she is just a joy to have around and made me feel totally at ease. Lisa’s work is amazing, my make up was beautiful and lasted the duration as needed, from early morning until nightfall after a full day as maid of honour with chores to fulfil, the sun beating down on me and a night of dancing my makeup looked the same as first applied, GORGEOUS!
Lisa listened to my requests and guided me and produced beautiful results with staying power!
