Don't look anywhere else! Laura was amazing, she really took the time to listen to my requests and asked me about my skin and normal make up routine. I felt like a princess when she had done my make up and it lasted all day - which was a priority of mine. Everyone commented on how good my make up looked on my wedding day and my mum and bridesmaids also felt like princesses. I looked at quite a few makeup artists for my wedding. I knew I wanted to be professionally made up, but I was very conscious that the last time I had it done, while I looked great, I didn’t feel like me. More than anything on my wedding day, I wanted to feel like the best version of myself—not someone else’s idea of beauty.
Another challenge was that my bridal party ranged in age from 13 to 78, a Bride at 53 wrinkles can make make-up a challenge! I needed someone who could make everyone look appropriate for their age while still cohesive as a group. Laura was prompt and professional from day one. Her Instagram posts felt warm and friendly, and that truly reflects her personality.
The trial for me and my mom was perfect. Laura took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked about how I usually wear my makeup. I really appreciated how personal and thoughtful she was in her approach.
Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly organised. She even liaised with our hairdresser to create a clear timeline so that everyone knew exactly when and where they were getting their hair and makeup done. I honestly didn’t worry once about anything related to bridal makeup. Her skin prep tips were also brilliant!
On the day, Laura arrived exactly as agreed, set up, and calmly worked her magic with her assistant. We wanted elegant and natural—and that’s exactly what we got. She tailored each look to the individual, taking into account both age and skin type, and every one of us—from 13 to 78—looked perfect and still like ourselves. All of the looks blended beautifully together.
I also booked her additional package where she came to the wedding breakfast and gave us all a subtle glam-up for the evening party. She provided a little kit to help us stay fresh, but none of us even needed to touch it. The makeup lasted all day—through sun, happy tears, and dancing into the early hours!
I honestly cannot recommend Laura enough. She can do full-on glamour or keep it soft and natural, and she does both to perfection. I’ve never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. One of my bridesmaids said she’s never felt so pretty, and my mom cried when she saw her own transformation. Laura played a huge part in making our day feel so special.
She’s not only incredibly talented but also genuinely kind and lovely. I will truly miss being in touch with her—and I’m already looking for another reason to book her againLaura Mills Makeup's reply:

My beautiful bridal makeup
I couldn't recommend Laura more. She provided her make-up service on my wedding day for myself and 2 bridesmaids and really did work her magic on us! I LOVED my bridal make-up and Laura took great care and time to make me feel feel beautiful for my special day. Her kind and warm approach made us all feel comfortable and stress free.
I had a makeup trial prior to my wedding also, where Laura really listened to what type of makeup look I wanted and she was more than happy to adjust anything I felt I wanted changing slightly.
All of this was at a reasonalble cost also.
Thank you again Laura for being part of my big day and making us all look amazing.

Laura was amazing throughout. My makeup was perfect and I received so many compliments! I got married in 32 degrees heat, and was absolutely stunned when I got to the end of the night and it hadn’t moved! So many people said it looked as long I didn’t break a sweat (believe me, I felt I did!). I felt like I was wiping off a piece of art at the end of the night. Laura didn’t just help with my makeup, as well as my Nan’s and sisters, who also loved their makeup, but she even helped me put on my shoes! I felt so looked after by her and would recommend her to any bride to be! 🥰 thank you Laura!Laura Mills Makeup's reply:

What can I say about Laura? She was absolutely fantastic! From the trial to the morning of my wedding, she did everything possible to make sure we were all happy with how we looked.
We all had a fabulous morning with Laura getting ready - it's like we'd all known each for years! Which helped massively with my pre-wedding nerves. Our makeup lasted all day and night, even after a few tears and lots of food and drink! I can't fault it whatsoever.
If you're looking for a MUA, I wouldn't recommend anyone but LM Beauty. We all felt like a million dollars - thank you so much for all your hard work Laura! (I just wish you could get me ready every morning!!) XxLaura Mills Makeup's reply:

Highly recommend!
Laura was a pleasure to have with me in the run up to and on my wedding morning. I was very comfortable in asking for a few tweaks to the trial makeup and the end result was just exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable and beautiful on the day. Huge thanks Laura!Laura Mills Makeup's reply:

Laura is so talented - she did mine and my bridesmaids makeup for our Winter wedding in November and I highly reccomend her. I would highly recommend Laura! From when I met her at my trial I felt so comfortable with her, we chatted away and she asked me questions about what make up style I wanted, and I LOVED the look - which stayed on all day! She knows her stuff and uses high quality products. The morning of my wedding she was fantastic, she even took photos & videos to capture special moments.
